"Overall a very pleasant stay"
House was very central for our stay so that we could visit family over the festive period. Also easy to reach transport
What could be improved: The shower was slippy and no grab rail available. Also there is a loose balustrade at the top of the stairs. Our price was comparable with a hotel and whilst overall the property was comfortable, convenient and more than adequate it would have been good to have toiletries provided

Every thing you needed was supplied. Nice and warm the whole time. The location was spot on near to stations and just round the corner to relatives we were visiting.

Posizione fantastica sia per il quartiere che per i collegamenti agevoli come bus e treni. Ambiente spazioso e confortevole che consente un’ottima permanenza.
What could be improved: Al nostro arrivo la casa era estremamente fredda con la temperatura che non saliva sopra i 15 gradi. Il giorno successivo ho contattato la proprietà ed ho potuto modificare le impostazioni della caldaia, risolvendo il problema. Ci era stato lasciato solo un set di asciugamani e solo dopo due giorni abbiamo potuto averne uno in più, dopo sollecitazioni alla proprietà.

What could be improved: 房费、清洁费和税金都已经在Booking上支付过了,房东要求再缴纳200英镑才提供入住方式,缴纳时说好是可退还押金,但退房后多日仍然没有退还!银行账单显示押金已经入账,需要还款,给房东留言询问至今没有得到答复!我离开时留存了照片,我保持了房间整洁,房东也绝无扣收押金的理由!
