What could be improved: Little privacy 😔 No proper curtains on windows, one of the bedroom and kitchen had no curtains and the other two rooms had very thin see through curtains, 😕 Poor quality sofabed in the living room No shampoo or hand wash

Quiet neighbourhood. Easy ground floor access.
What could be improved: The property is in fact 2 miles from Waterloo - not remotely "close" as described! Mattresses were terrible - could feel all the springs. Dirty cups and plates put away in the kitchen cupboards. Electrical outlets in weird and inconvenient locations.

The property was super comfortable and well equipped. Especially for a family. Located close by the train station and a quick stop to main central areas in London. It was clean and well kept. Also not noisy at night time. Good neighborhood

Pleasant, great location, very clean and easily accessible
What could be improved: There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked. The only very minor point was that one of the bedrooms didn’t yet have blinds fitted, however an Amazon delivery containing a replacement blind set arrived during our stay so I believe this is already in the process of being resolved.

"All in all I would say this is the worst apartment we have ever booked and not fit for letting out in its current state"
It was in a good location for us, easy access and relatively clean.
What could be improved: Where do I start! The description says beautiful apartment near Waterloo-sleeps 9. It is nowhere near Waterloo. Technically it could sleep nine people I guess given there are two double beds in one room and a double and a single in another and a pull-out sofa in the tiny lounge. Not sure that multiple couples would share bedrooms, perhaps just for large families! However, apart from that it is definitely not set up for such a large group - there is only one tiny toilet and an equally small bathroom. The kitchen is tight and there were only 2 cups, no cooking utensils, and only one pan! Other issues included no real curtains in any windows (other than net curtains,) and therefore woken up at crack of dawn as the sun came up and in the second room the all night security light outside the front door shines directly through the window. Also at night it meant that anybody could see in every room when the lights were on, i.e. no privacy at all .There is no plug in the bath, no wardrobe or drawer, (other than one small one in the second room, which is stuffed full of either unwashed or spare sheets) and there are no bedside lights. The booking.com description/facilities list says that there is air-conditioning, which there is not. Talks about a well fitted kitchen which is arguable and there is no dishwasher. Talks about streaming services which is incorrect. (There is only those that previous occupants have not cancelled out). There is no safety deposit box, no desk, free toiletries were empty, no additional toilet, no sockets near the bed and couldn’t see a carbon monoxide detector. In addition, there was only one half toilet roll, no washing up liquid, virtually empty soap dispensers and the bedding did not smell fresh at all. Couldn’t see any washing powder in the flat and therefore let’s assume they did wash the bedding before we arrived(!) I’m guessing they only just put it through on hot water without any detergent.

What could be improved: The host didn't respond, the towels were wet and smelly. The kitchen had no utensils to use for anything. There was a lot of dirt accumulated in the cupboards, dirty cloths.

La ubicación del lugar es muy buena. Hay cerca parada de autobús y relativamente cerca la del metro (doce calles). Había secadora lo cual es muy conveniente cuando viajas con toda la familia. El agua caliente sale perfecto. Hemos llamado al propietario por un problema con el aire y nos ayudó de inmediato dándonos instrucciones de como usarlo.
What could be improved: Reservamos check in temprano y nos cobraron un sobre coste de 35 libras, lo cual es super entendible. Pero cuando ingresamos nos dimos cuenta que no habían sacado la basura del anterior cliente, dentro de la nevera había pizza en caja del dia anterior y otras sobras de comida. Cuando hemos usado el horno, ha saltado la alarma porque no funcionaba correctamente la campana.
