Overview
First Impressions
Stylish Studios near Regents Park! sits on a quiet crescent in the heart of London’s Marylebone area, and honestly, the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know. It’s a three-star property that doesn’t try to be something it’s not — just well-designed studio apartment accommodations in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods. The building itself has that classic London residential feel, tucked away from the main road noise but still incredibly accessible.
The Studios
Each studio is compact but thoughtfully laid out, with a proper kitchenette that actually works for preparing simple meals — something I always appreciate when staying longer than a couple nights. The design leans modern without being sterile, and you’ll find decent storage space (a rarity in London accommodations, trust me). The beds are comfortable enough, and the bathrooms are small but functional. What I really liked was how much natural light these units get, especially the ones facing the street.
Location & Neighborhood
You know what’s great about Jerome Crescent? It’s residential enough to feel like you’re living in London rather than just visiting, but you’re literally a five-minute walk from Regent’s Park. I mean, you can grab coffee and pastries from the local shops on Marylebone Road and have breakfast in the park most mornings. The area feels safe to walk around at night, and there’s this nice mix of locals and visitors that keeps things interesting without being touristy.
Getting Around
St. John’s Wood tube station is about a ten-minute walk, which puts you on the Jubilee line — honestly one of the better connections for getting around central London quickly. If you’re planning day trips or need to catch flights from Heathrow, that direct connection is actually pretty handy. The 139 bus runs right along Marylebone Road too, so you’ve got options. Parking in the area is typical London residential (read: challenging), but if you’re staying here, you probably don’t need a car anyway.
Why Guests Love It
This place works well for travelers who want that middle ground between a hotel room and a proper apartment rental. The kitchenette means you’re not eating out for every meal, which in London can really add up. Plus, being near Regent’s Park gives you this amazing outdoor space that feels like a genuine escape from the city — I spent several mornings there with coffee, just watching the joggers and dog walkers. It’s not fancy, but it’s comfortable, well-located, and gives you a real sense of what living in this part of London might actually feel like.
To book a hotel in London during opera season, visitors plan ahead to balance Royal Opera House nights with quiet Regent’s Canal strolls.
Guest reviews
"Compact and bijou, great location, clean, friendly staff, beware only one small queen bed if you’re not travelling as a"
It was clean and the staff were helpful.
The location was perfect and it was very well connected to public transport.
What could be improved: If you are not travelling as a couple beware that the photos before booking show two beds but once booked and discovered when we arrived it was one small queen bed. For this reason I’ve put fewer stars for comfort.

"Clean, well equipped location, close to Lords cricket ground"
Close to meeting location. Clear and straight forward to manage entry and exit.
What could be improved: The property was hot due to the fan provided not working.

What could be improved: Bed/mattress very unsupportive, cramped space

"Clean and tidy, comfortable stay"
Very clean and comfortable, good space, lovely shower
What could be improved: It wasn't the easiest to find on foot especially in the rain. Appreciated being given a picture of the door however.
A welcome sheet would be useful, I had to message to get the WiFi code, I did also ask about the window remote but didn't get a reply. We also didn't realise the washing machine was in the hall until our second time back in the building.
We were surprised there wasn't a TV but that was our expectation rather than their fault

"Pleasant stay"
Very cute apartment in a good location, perfect for a solo traveler. Quick replies to messages and kind service :)
What could be improved: Had a few issues with the water in the shower, though the owner really tried helping I barely had any hot water and sometimes the showerhead just didn't work which was frustrating as I was there for a week and was only able to take very quick showers.

"Overall, enjoyable with some downsides but the upsides outweigh them"
In a good location with multiple tube stations and bus stops within easy walking distance.
Flat was very clean on arrival with only minor cosmetic damages on some of the furniture.
Bathroom was clean with an excellent shower with great water pressure and hot water.
Once given the wifi code, the wifi was good enough to deal with everything we needed (streaming movies, uploading documents, general phone use).
Tea, Coffee, Sugar is provided (although only 4 coffee sachets while there are multitudes of tea and sugar sachets)
Pin Code access is definitely easier than a key
A good amount of towels and toilet paper is provided.
There are plenty of plug sockets dotted about.
What could be improved: The timer on the microwave was broken so we needed to manually turn the microwave off.
The fridge/freezer stopped working halfway through our stay, ruining some of our food, this was then fixed within half a day of notifying the owner. The freezer portion of the unit then defrosted completely during our last night to the extent the salad drawer was filled water the next morning.
No extra bin bags were provided which is an issue for a stay greater than 2/3 days.
The flat got very warm during the day when we weren’t there (and so the fan wasn’t on), running the fan for half an hour solves this though.
No basic cleaning products (anti bac spray/wipes) are provided which would prove useful in keeping the flat generally clean.
The lack of an oven (although stated in the flat description) is a miss when trying to plan meals with only a two hob stove, a frying pan and a sauce pan. As well as the lack of a toaster.
After having a shower the flag does get very stuffy due to a lack of ventilation.
The walls are very thin and you can hear all the rooms around you very clearly, including people generally talking and watching TV.

"Small but perfectly formed! A well-equipped studio in a reasonably quiet but convenient location"
It’s near to where I was working. It had everything I needed, (except for a fan which was provided very quickly when I asked about it). The finish is good quality and the studio, though small, has everything necessary. Very good hot water (beware it’s really hot!), good shower and bathroom is well laid out. The wardrobe is just a hanging rail, but it’s sturdy and well positioned with plenty of hangers. Entrance is by key code which is very convenient. I was also able to separately find a parking space on JustPark as advised by the team. Bed was comfy!
What could be improved: The soundproofing isn’t brilliant and you hear footsteps overhead very clearly. However the area is reasonably quiet and no one was having parties and making noise late. There was no TV - however the wifi was easily powerful enough for streaming on my iPad.

"Great place"
It was nice and looked just like advertised
Good location
Reachable staff
What could be improved: There is no one actually present to talk to
But I guess that’s the way it is
