"Great stay for family London sightseeing"
Very comfortable apartment with two bedrooms. Kids said the beds are luxurious and they sure gave them a great rest for all day sightseeing. It is very convenient that beds in the bedrooms can be separated or set together which makes this apartment great for both families and group of friends. Very well equipped kitchen. Coffee machine allows a great start of the day<3 Stores nearby. The staff is very engaged and helpfull.
What could be improved: Repainting bathroom walls could help improve from good to great

"Our stay in a heat wave near Canary Wharf"
The size of the appartement was good. We also glad for the washer/dryer, because it was quite hot during our visit. The choices in the TV were great. Our host was always available by text and found solutions for the small hick- ups.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, the mattresses of both beds seem to be either well used or of a rather cheap quality. Because it was sunny & hot during our stay, it was not quite possible to keep the appartement cool. No blackout curtains and the fans provided were only able to move the warm air.

"Superb"
The apartment is so spacious, clean and comfortable, the kitchen, sitting room and bedrooms are all really nice, with everything we need. We are both very satisfied.
What could be improved: The only thing was the balcony was locked, I found everywhere inside the apartment, couldn’t find the key. The staff is very friendly, but I told him several times, even sent the video about how I tried as he told me and still couldn’t open it, then received no reply, felt like he didn’t want to take time to solve it. We booked for a month, never got to use the balcony during our stay.

(+) Hospitality of the staffs!! My friend forget Dyson in the room. We called and ask later. The Accommodation has the system that keeps personal belonging after the guests left, which is traceable! "Super clean, hotel quality accommodation with a well equipped kitchen and a balcony."
They have a coffee machine, clean and well decorated. Had everything I needed for my stay. Free parking, supermarket very close. Mile End is just around the corner.

FREE PARKING IN LONDON and next to CANARY WHARF! Finding a free parking place in london is really challenging but we think we were really lucky to find this property. Also it has a lift! Property it’s self its lovely, very clean and cosy. And we LOVEEED the Location. Specially if you want to use Public Transportations.

Host allowed us early checkin for a 50£ fee.
What could be improved: Location is not canary wharf. It is a dingy council housing. Towels were stained. Spoons in drawer were still dirty. Bathroom sink did not drain. No curtain in kitchen with full view of the hallway.
