Everything was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location- very close to shopping malls and the train station. Host was very helpful and accommodating, always available for any questions. This was my second time staying here and was just as wonderful as the first time. Hoping to come back soon and stay again! :)

"Up-market high quality stay in the middle of Romford."
Everything was as described in the advert. All items were of high quality, definitely not the standard apartment rental quality furnishings. There wasn't just the basics of soaps and shower gels leftover but, high quality items such as shampoos, shower gels, washing powder and should you require a full array of cleaning products. The rooms were well laid out and the whole apartment smelt lovely. There were games left on the PS4, a firestick for the TV and of course the pool table. We had a lovely day with the weather so we're able to make the most of the sun drenched balcony. Despite the central location, we were not disturbed with noise. We know the area well so know where the shops are but for anyone who doesn't know , there is a shopping centre on the doorstep, all major takeaways nearby and a big asda across the road. The host had great communication throughout and could not be faulted. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Host was super helpful and accommodating! The apartment was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool table, a great addition for fun times spent together :)

What could be improved: I was provided with an out-of-date parking permit, which led to multiple parking charge notices. I forwarded all three notices to the owner, Mohammed, who ignored each one. As a result of his inaction, the matter escalated to a bailiff collection agency. I have now been forced to pay £160.00 to settle the issue. Since parking was included in the rental cost, it was Mohammed’s clear responsibility to supply a valid permit. This situation has arisen solely due to his negligence, and I expect full reimbursement without further delay.
