Overview

First Impressions

Let me be honest — Arsenal 123 close to Emirates stadium direct Eurostar Heathrow-3 apartments here has quite possibly the longest name I’ve ever encountered for accommodation, but once you get past that mouthful, you’ll find something pretty decent. This four-star setup on Hornsey Road puts you right in the thick of Islington, and I mean that in the best way possible. The building itself is typical North London — red brick, Victorian bones, but modernized enough that you’re not dealing with ancient plumbing or wonky heating.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s the thing about staying in London — location trumps everything else, and this spot actually delivers. You’re a proper walk to Emirates Stadium (hence the name, obviously), which means match days bring serious energy to the streets. But honestly, even if you couldn’t care less about football, the area works brilliantly for getting around the city. The Eurostar connection they mention in the name isn’t just marketing speak — King’s Cross St. Pancras is genuinely accessible, and Heathrow links are straightforward enough that you won’t spend half your day traveling.

The Apartment Setup

What you’re getting here is proper apartment living rather than a traditional hotel room, and that changes everything about how your stay feels. Each unit comes with its own kitchen, which means you can actually live like a human being instead of surviving on overpriced hotel breakfast and random takeaways. The spaces are well-thought-out — not massive, but cleverly designed so you don’t feel like you’re bumping into furniture every five minutes. I appreciated having somewhere to properly unpack and spread out, especially for longer stays.

Getting Around & Practical Matters

The transport links here are honestly what sold me on the place. Multiple tube stations within walking distance, and bus routes that’ll get you basically anywhere in central London without the usual hassle. Parking is available if you’re mad enough to drive in London, though I’d seriously question that life choice. The staff know the area well and can point you toward the good local spots — there’s a decent restaurant scene developing around here that feels more authentic than the tourist traps you’ll find closer to central attractions.

Why Guests Keep Coming Back

What works about this place is that it doesn’t try too hard to be something it isn’t. You get solid, comfortable accommodation in a genuinely useful part of London, with enough space to actually relax. The apartments feel like temporary homes rather than sterile hotel boxes, and for many travelers, that’s exactly what makes the difference. Sure, the name is ridiculous and you might spend the first day figuring out the best walking routes, but once you settle in, you’ll appreciate being somewhere that feels connected to actual London life rather than the sanitized version most hotels offer.

"Perfect for events at Emirates"
Ideal location, great price. Owner was great at communicating
What could be improved: Some tiny things like lack of a mirror in bedrooms. The shower didn't stay up properly as the wall attachment wasn't adjustable. Very poor lighting in bathroom

"Good"
It was a substitution for our original accommodation for the last minute. The owners were very helpful, nice and we were able to check-in earlier and check-out later, which we really appreciate. The apartment has basic equipment. At the end even if this wasn't our first choice we were happy with the accommodation.
What could be improved: The lack of mirrors.

"Very good"
Recommended. A comfortable accommodation that is close to shops. A short walk to tube stations for either the Piccadilly or Victoria lines so easy and quick access to all the main sites in the city. Easy links to Heathrow. The host was friendly, responsive and accomadating.
What could be improved: No complaints.

"Warm and comfortable"
The location was perfect, everything you needed right at the end of the road. But the street was very peaceful and quiet. The house itself, was warm and very comfortable. Danny

"Comfortable and easy temporary accommodation"
Great location and the host was very accomodating when we needed to extend our stay whilst we were in the process of finding permanent rentals. The beds were also very comfortable and the shower water pressure was good.
What could be improved: The living area was very small for three people. The accomodation is shared with two other areas, so you have to lock the doors to the bathroom, living area and bedrooms every time you leave the place.

"Great location"
The location
What could be improved: The sharing of the building. That’s not made clear when you book. The damp in the room - we all have asthma. The awful bedding. Wouldn’t take much to get decent pillows and duvets and towels. Didn’t want to touch any of it.

"would not recommend"
Location was good only a 10min walk to nearby tube stop, and local supermarket only 5min walk away
What could be improved: House did not match the pictures that were posted, looked like the house hadn't been cleaned for a while, smell of damp in the bathroom, bath would fill up with water whilst you had a shower so had to unblock it everything you showered, doors were secured with sellotape. The list goes on, also told there was free parking for 1 car, but had pay £120 on arrival for parking and only cash!!!
