Location and facilities were good, spacious room. Felt safe and secure in the building.
What could be improved: When we arrived at the apartment, the doors were open, cleaning supplies present and nobody was there. We arrived at 8pm, an hour later than said check in time and the cleaner left at 8:45pm. The washing machine was also dirty and the detergent drawer was extremely dirty and had to be cleaned by myself.

Great location, decent layout w/ basic kitchen and laundry amenities. Clean & tidy.
What could be improved: TV was broken - made it hard to drown out noise from the street at night. Check in was delayed 1hr.

"A comfortable flat in Kensington"
This flat is in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere safely and comfortable to supermarkets, parks, the Tube, museums, and many other sites London has to offer! The floors were nice and looked new which gave the place a clean look. It was well equipped with toiletries, towels, drying dish rack, a kettle, etc. It has a nice size bathroom with standing shower that has a rainshower head and detachable shower hose. The kitchen is a good size and has everything a person needs to cook meals and do some baking. It has some nice stools to sit and enjoy eating meals! The bedroom/living space is a studio set up with a comfortable size living area. It has a comfortable sofa to relax and the bed was very comfortable which provided us some good night's sleep. The fan was super nice which kept the apartment nice and cool inside. The building is well kept, secure and has a 24 hour receptionist. The flat is off a busy road and next to a hospital so there's a level of city noise and the occasional sirens; however, nothing a sound machine and/or earplugs can fix.

The nice little apartment in a cosy area.
What could be improved: The arrival was strange. I came at 3 o'clock, and the apartment was in the middle of the cleaning process. Didn't cause me any trouble, because I didn't have any plans, but the first impression was a bit "what the heck is this" anyway.

Close to tube station (5 to 10 min) & shops. Decent area & value.
What could be improved: Balcony only fit for standing out on (very small). Couldn't open the window. It's a studio flat so didn't spend a lot of time in it.

"the flat itself was great although there was poor communication with the host"
Good location, reception staff were very helpful. The room and bathroom were very nice and the location was good with supermarkets just around the corner and close access to the museums
What could be improved: although the issue was resolved and the host gave us a refund for the night, we stated that check in time was 3pm when booking and the cleaners did not come to clean the room until 7.30 pm due to a miscommunication with the host which made for an uncomfortable arrival. we were told to leave the property for 2 hours as the cleaner was there (between 4 and 6) but unfortunately the cleaners were in fact not there so it was not a relaxing start
