Comfortable and homely good location, Hoover,Washing machine and airer Clean kitchen wi crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and sugar just need milk for that first brew Fridge freezer Clean and comfy bedding and towels provided The toilet was lovely and clean and had toilet roll and soap as did the shower room including shower gel shampoo and conditioner

"A reasonable bolt hole for a weekend away."
No problems in booking/paying/finding the property etc, and although it looks smart on the photos (photos always look better) it was as I expected, functional and had what was required for a weekend escape.
What could be improved: My biggest issues were the toilet in a cupboard where the seat had to be wedged open and none of the kitchen plugs worked so we had to unplug the fridge each team we wanted to use the microwave/kettle/toaster.

"I would comfortably stay here again!"
The location was very convenient. Comfortable and clean unit.
What could be improved: The lock on the bathroom door is broken, and the toilet seat cover is oddly over-sized making it impossible to stay up. The lights could be a bit brighter, but there are large windows allowing for plenty of natural light.

Close to venue of choice. Owner contactable. Easy access to property for check-in.
What could be improved: Property required to be serviced during our stay, meaning security of property compromised temporarily. Facilities fair, however some require maintenance. Bathroom (shower), sink in side toilet requires cleaning (hair in sink) and plug rusted, kitchen cupboards peeling, possible blood spatters on wall by top bedroom area, lower draw in freezer will not open. Required to ask about oven, as no operating nstructions given.

"The studio, was exactly what I needed for a business trip in Central London."
TBH the process of getting into the studio was not great, however I will give credit for the video provided, visually showing you the process. Overall the studio met mine, and my colleagues needs for our business trip in Central London, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The flat was exceptionally clean and well appointed, so definitely no complaints there. Overall it was ideal, but just by way of feedback, the kitchen is quite 'tired' and need of changing, the shower was great, but was hanging on by a thread! You are definitely missing a trick by not having the back garden as functional and useable space!
What could be improved: This was not easy! I had not received the key pad code for the studio. I called the host who did not answer and sent a text stating they were busy. Via text I explained that I was stuck outside the property, after being initially fobbed off, after a ping pong of several messages, I was eventually given a number to contact someone, who was actually very helpful and guided me through getting in, had this been later, the process would have been a nightmare, and it was stressful enough as it was! On the sat evening, there was allot of noise in the late/early hours of the night/morning from revelers upstairs, I guess to be expected, just not great when you have work the next day.
