Overview
First Impressions
The Victoria Belgravia Townhouse sits quietly on Westmoreland Terrace, and honestly, you could walk right past it if you weren’t looking — which is exactly the point. This four-star boutique feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s place than a traditional hotel. The Georgian facade blends seamlessly into one of London’s most exclusive neighborhoods, but step inside and you’ll find something that’s been thoughtfully updated without losing its character.
The Belgravia Advantage
You know what I love about this location? You’re literally a two-minute walk from Victoria Station, but the street itself is residential and surprisingly quiet. Belgravia Square is around the corner — perfect for a morning jog if that’s your thing — and you can reach Buckingham Palace in about ten minutes on foot. The area has this old-money vibe where locals walk their dogs at precisely the same time every day, and there’s a corner shop that somehow stocks everything you might need.
Inside Story
Each room feels different, which makes sense in a converted townhouse. Mine had these tall windows overlooking the terrace, and the bed was positioned so you could actually see a sliver of sky — not always guaranteed in London hotels. The bathroom was compact but cleverly designed, with rainfall shower that had proper pressure. What struck me most was the attention to small details: really good WiFi, enough outlets near the bed, and blackout curtains that actually worked.
Daily Rhythms
Breakfast happens in what used to be the ground-floor sitting room, and it’s more intimate than your typical hotel dining area. The continental spread covers the basics well — proper English breakfast items, fresh pastries, decent coffee. The staff here seem to genuinely remember guests’ preferences, which creates this nice sense of familiarity if you’re staying for several days. There’s also a small honesty bar setup in the evening, though the neighborhood has some excellent pubs within walking distance.
Why Guests Love It
The Victoria Belgravia Townhouse works because it doesn’t try too hard. It’s not trying to be the flashiest place in London — it’s just a really solid base in an excellent neighborhood with staff who know what they’re doing. The 9.9 rating makes sense when you consider that guests aren’t dealing with crowds, long elevator waits, or impersonal service. If you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere locals might actually recommend rather than just tourists, this hits that mark perfectly.
Savvy travelers reserve a hotel in London before spring brings blossom-lined parks, pop-up exhibitions, and warm evening strolls.

The location is very good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Victoria Station. The room is very cosy and clean. The kitchen utensils can meet our cooking needs. We lived there for a week, and the experience was very good, and we continued to stay for another two weeks.

"10/10 Superb. My home away from home."
My 6 week stay in the garden studio of this townhouse was perfect for me. I had made a previous one month stay in the same flat earlier in the year as well. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a bottle of wine, tea, coffee, chips, a small variety of meats. On New Years I received a lovely complimentary bottle of Champaign. From the day I arrived to the day I left the property, I felt welcomed and valued by the host Simone. This flat became almost a second home to me. The studio was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. Amenities were top notch and all worked flawlessly. I had a beautiful working kitchen where I could bake and cook happily. There was a weekly farmers market in Pimlico a 10 minute walk away to get fresh meat and veg and eggs as well as numerous markets and shops all around me, a 5-15 walk away. Easy door dash delivery, and a wonderful pub a 1/2 block away for eat in or take out. Ample hot water, heating, a lovely bathroom and fast, fabulous internet connection. The home and surrounding neighborhoods are beautiful and wonderful adventures in themselves. Shops and restaurants 5-15 min walk away, Victoria Station with access to trains and the tube was an easy 10 minute walk or quick bus ride away. The bus stop is a short half block away from the flat, and the C10 bus picks up every 8 min through the day to Victoria Station if you don’t want to walk.
The location was ideal for access to so many wonderful neighbors of London like Sloane Square, Belgravia, Pimlico, numerous parks, the water, Battersea park, Kensington road,Buckingham Palace, Victoria Albert Museum, and so, so much more. Close enough for easy access to anything, but also quiet and tranquil on the property . Simone was so kind and generous with her time and knowledge and gave detailed recommendations on where to go, what to do, best shops, pubs, where to have my hair and nails done, dentists, restaurants, parks, things to do, sites to see.

"Lovely stay at Pimlico! 🤍"
It's a terrace house (rather than a hotel) which is extremely central to all the landmarks. It is a 3 minute walk to the bus stop--can't get any better than that--and it's so safe as well.
I had an amazing time! The place was clean, quiet, comfortable, and lovely to stay in. Victorian interiors were definitely a vibe and the kitchen was such a treat--with glass walls that allowed you to enjoy a view of the street.
Simone was a great host too. She is highly responsive and attentive to all my inquiries. She gave a comprehensive list which gives you the best spots in London so do check that out before venturing out to your bucketlist.
Would definitely stay here again in the future!
What could be improved: Wasn't a hotel so you have to collect and throw your trash yourself, but this is just a small adjustment. Other than that, loved the experience!

"We would stay again!"
1. Location, location, location! Although close to transit, bus on Lupus Street and Tube at Victoria Station and at Pimlico Station, it is a great walking location: easy walk to shops at Victoria Station, Chelsea, and a bit further walk to Tate Britain and the Science Museum, Natural History Museum, etc. The basement at Harrods is a must see and is a nice walk. Across the Chelsea Bridge are the shops at Battersea. 2. The host was quickly responsive to our questions and had numerous suggestions of places to see. 3. The street is very quiet particularly at night. 4. Coffee shops abound in the area, too numerous to mention but we visited many. 4. Food shops are close: Tesco 5 minutes away on Lupus and the large Sainsbury a 15 minute walk on Wilton Road. We used the Citymapper app.
What could be improved: Picky: a grab handle in the tub when showering would be a good safety feature for (us) seniors.

"A lovely quiet quaint spot."
Central to the action, quiet. as long as everyone adheres to the house rules, it’s all sweet. Also, the bus C10 takes you straight to Victoria station if you’re tired of walking. the bus is one minute walk, right outside the pub.
