"Superb"
The location was perfect with very good bus services outside the door. The area is lively and has all the amenities you could want including two large supermarkets nearby. The flat was very spacious- for four people - very comfortable and impeccably clean. Generally well equipped ( lovely wine glasses!) Though a bit limited if you wanted to cook seriously. Thoroughly recommended.

What could be improved: We booked for 7 and there was lack of toilet paper from the start but in fairness to the property we didn’t ask for more. Shower door leaked and water went everywhere.

"Goo dmix of location, value, and space."
It is difficult to find a 2 bedroom flat in London for a reasonable price. This unit is a nice mix of value, size, and location. This unit was clean and close to bus stops and tube stops. It had a nice living space. We were able to walk to Westminster Abbey and other sites. The neighborhood was safe. There are several grocery stores about 10 minutes away by foot.
What could be improved: Communication with the rental agency was challenging, but that may be due to booking.com systems. The unit could use more space to unpack clothing.

Location
What could be improved: The boiler did not work and we waited for a long time (over 3hours) until someone came to fix. The dishwasher was smelly and we couldn’t use. The stove took ages for warm up. Some hair were found on the bed. The bath tub was draining very slowly. The multi plug extension did not work and difficult to find other plug in the bedroom.

L'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons aimé le quartier et nous avons pu aller à pied pour visiter la ville et les alentours.
What could be improved: Les bruits venant de la rue, notamment la nuit, les fenêtres pourraient être davantage insonorisées.

El mejor apartamento de todo el viaje. Hermoso, cómodo, bien equipado, con detalles muy a lugar que hicieron nuestra estadía mucho más agradable. La ubicación espectacular, cerca a lugares turísticos importantes como el palacio de Buckingham y con tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes muy cerca. El host fue impecable, respondió siempre a tiempo las preguntas y dio solución inmediata a todo. Volvería sin pensarlo. Lo recomiendo 100%
