"Very good"
The apartment is spacious and nice. It was clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. Close to all amenities.
What could be improved: The bathroom is not comfortable. It was not accessible to everyone. To take a shower you had to go in a bath.

Close to Underground, Buses and Overground transports as well as services (small supermarkets, shops). BUT AWFUL GUEST EXPERIENCE WITH HIDDEN COSTS AND MANY ISSUES
What could be improved: VERY BAD GUEST EXPERIENCE Awful host management, they were unresponsive and provocative, and provided misleading and false descriptions on Booking.com: the apartment is on sale and this important fact was not shown in its Booking.com page, guests are required to provide time and effort for viewing by prospect buyers! Now the apartment page has been updated with the details of the sale, with a substantial price decrease which proves the impact on guest experience. Hosts (an agency) are only focused on their interests but absolutely careless of guests' needs. We had many issues: - viewing visits were scheduled every day, even more than one per day sometimes, with no possibility to negotiate times. our vacations were deeply impacted; in any case you have strangers entering the apartment and you have to re-pack your things in your suitcases and clean up every day; - apartment cleaning was only provided before the viewings, and it was a very light tidying (we as guests had to clean afterwards); - damage deposit is a prerequisite for getting the apartment keys: when you first enter the property you have to prove that the damages in the apartment are due to previous guests. At the end of the stay there is no clear procedure nor physical person for final checks and to get the damage deposit back; - during our stay there was no possibility of having a change of sheets, as we asked many times without answer; - hosts provide a washing machine but a drying rack for clothes was only achievable on disproportionate payment (35£ !!), and we had to escalate Booking.com to obtain a small one.

El apartamento está bien, es cómo y bastante completo. Tiene todo tipo de comodidades como lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, etc.
What could be improved: La ubicación. Está muy cerca del metro pero al fin y al cabo, queda un poco alejado del centro. Si vas para 3-4 días a hacer turismo, creo que es mejor coger algo más céntrico para aprovechar el tiempo.

Pěkná lokalita,metro i bus nedaleko. Byt starší, ale čistý a udržovaný. V anglické kuchyni mi chyběla konvice na čaj:)
What could be improved: Poznámka ke kauci: zaplatila jsem 300 liber na úhradu případné škody,ale byt nám nikdo nepřidal a ani nikdo ho nepřevzal,aby bylo možné zkontrolovat, co je v nepořádku. Anonymní quest support team bude nyní 14 dní rozhodovat o tom,zda nám vratí plnou nebo částečnou částku kauce,když jsme už v Praze? Blokace peněz na dobu tří týdnů se zdá dost dlouhá. Kód schránky na klíče nefungoval a museli jsme volat o nový. Při příjezdu i odjezdu.
