Walking into The Warehouse at West Hampstead by Concept Apartments, you immediately get that cool industrial-meets-modern vibe that London does so well. The building has this converted warehouse feel — exposed brick, high ceilings, the works — but it’s been transformed into something surprisingly sophisticated. It’s not trying too hard to be trendy, which honestly makes it feel more authentic than a lot of places in central London.
Location & Getting Around
West Hampstead is one of those neighborhoods that locals love but tourists often overlook, and that works in your favor here. You’re about 15 minutes from London proper on the Tube, but the area has its own character — proper pubs, decent coffee shops, and you can actually walk down the street without dodging crowds. The West Hampstead station is literally a few minutes’ walk, so getting into Camden Market or central London is actually pretty straightforward.
The Apartment Experience
What I really appreciated about this four-star property is that each apartment feels like someone actually lives there — not like a hotel room decorated by committee. The kitchen isn’t just for show either; it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Sainsbury’s down the road and cook something yourself. The living spaces are generous by London standards, and those warehouse windows let in tons of natural light during the day.
Practical Details
The staff here know what they’re doing without being overly formal about it. Check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about the heating controls (those old warehouse buildings can be tricky), they sorted it out quickly. There’s parking available if you’re driving, which is genuinely rare around here and worth mentioning. The WiFi actually works properly — I mean, it sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong.

This place hits that sweet spot where you get the space and independence of having your own flat, but with the reliability and service of a proper hotel. The neighborhood gives you a taste of residential London without feeling disconnected from everything you came to see. You’re not paying central London prices, but you’re not sacrificing quality or convenience either. It’s the kind of place where you can spread out your stuff, make coffee in the morning without rushing downstairs to a restaurant, and still feel like you’re experiencing London rather than just visiting it.

"A hidden gem"
A hidden gem. Very spacious and well laid out, excellent facilities - I didn't need it for the length of my stay - but it had a washing machine! It looks exactly like the photos. The video link for accessing the property was brilliant and very useful in the end.
What could be improved: I definitely needed the access video - it was a little complex getting into the property which was made more difficult as some of the outside lights weren't working . . . but I did get in, so all good. The corner of the rug was stuck up and that made a bit of a trip hazard.

"Perfect to use as a base, we would stay there again"

"Space, comfort and convenience"
Everything you need for a short stay. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Generous supply of tea and coffee - such a small thing but so appreciated. Convenient to all forms of transport and easy to get into London to explore or go to the theatre.
What could be improved: Very happy with this accommodation. A row of hooks for coats etc would be useful.

"Great little flat for a short stay in london."
Lovely big room, comfy and very easy for one person. Liked the coffee machine and shower gels and soaps. The location is great - right by the tube and overland and so easy to get into town or Hampstead Heath. Fab M & S food two mins away. Nice views across london.
What could be improved: The stairs are narrow and steep so would not be good for anyone with accessibility issues.

What could be improved: Very narrow stairs, up to level of accommodation , fine if you have a small amount of luggage.

"Well Equipped and conveniently located flat."
Location- next to West hampstead tube station and local shops and restaurants which are plentiful
Well Equipped- Had a kitchenette, wahing machine, coffee maker, microwave, etc..good size bathroom with a very good shower.
Clean and comfortable and good value for money for London.
What could be improved: Nothing at all

"Highly recommend this place to anyone who want to visit London touristy spots as it is within walking distance to metro."
Clean, comfortable and had all amenities. The architecture of the room was well thought of, it was nicely decorated. Was walking distance to metro and close to many shops.
