The area is good. Good public transport, you can get to any point in the city in 30 minutes.
What could be improved: The beds are a bit uncomfortable. There is noise from the metro or train (but it doesn't run at night), and the noise from the refrigerator and boiler can be disturbing for those sleeping on the sofa.

Fantastic neighborhood with easy access to STN airport and other parts of the city via Tottenham Hale station. Lots of local and chain food and shopping options within a 5-minute walk. Spacious enough for a couple and ideal for a solo traveler. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen equipment and storage space.
