Overview

First Impressions

The Beverley Apartments London – Victoria sits on a quiet residential street that honestly feels more like a neighborhood secret than a typical tourist spot. When I first walked up Churton Street, I was struck by how peaceful it was — just a few minutes from Victoria Station but worlds away from the chaos. The building itself has that classic London townhouse charm, and you can tell they’ve put thought into maintaining the character while making it work as modern accommodations.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s what I love about this spot in London — you’re in Westminster Borough, which sounds fancy, but this particular corner feels genuinely local. There’s a proper British pub literally around the corner, and I mean the kind where locals actually drink, not just tourists taking photos. Victoria Station is maybe a seven-minute walk, which means you can get pretty much anywhere in the city without the hassle of staying right in the thick of things. The area has that residential London vibe that’s getting harder to find.

The Apartment Experience

What makes this three-star place different is that you’re getting an actual apartment rather than just a hotel room. Each unit has a proper kitchenette — not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation, but actual cooking space where you can make breakfast or heat up those Tesco meal deals. The apartments vary in size, but even the smaller ones feel more spacious than your typical London hotel room. You know what really works? Having that bit of extra space to spread out after a long day of sightseeing.

Practical Details

The staff here actually seem to care about helping rather than just checking boxes, which honestly makes a difference when you’re dealing with London logistics. Parking is available, though let me tell you — if you’re driving in London, you’re braver than I am. The building keeps things clean and well-maintained without being overly fussy about it. WiFi works properly, which seems basic but you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong.

Why Guests Love It

I think what draws people back to The Beverley Apartments is that combination of independence and support — you get the freedom of having your own space without feeling completely on your own in a big city. The location gives you easy access to the major sights without paying those premium prices for staying right in the center. Plus, there’s something satisfying about making your morning coffee in your own little London kitchen while planning the day ahead. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

Apartments in London suit families with bright bay windows, full kitchens, and sunset loops through Hyde Park paths.

"Lovely one bedroom flat in central London"
Best things about Beverley apts: location is a short walk from Victoria train, tube and coach stations, perfect for getting around London. Pimlico tube station also very close. It’s in a nice street with a couple of nice bars, one with a bistro, and a coffee shop. Apartment was fully equipped and generous tea, coffee making facilities and toiletries. Very clean. Nice and warm and cosy. My son and I stayed here for one night so I had the double bedroom, bed was comfy. My son had the sofa bed which he said was comfy too. Loved the original features in the apartment; sash windows, high ceilings, wooden window shutters and full length windows making the apt light and airy. The apartment could do with a little TLC in places but this did not detract from our stay. Would definitely stay again.
What could be improved: The bedding which my son used for the sofa bed wasn’t dressed, so no pillow cases or duvet cover, maybe they assumed that this was not needed? I guess I should have mentioned that I was traveling with my son and would need to use the sofa bed.

"Superb"
Clean, tidy and a great price
What could be improved: I booked an apartment for 5 people and there were two separate apartments one with no bathroom which I was unaware of. Pictures or info didn't state that. However, we did manage, just a pain when I had to get up a number of times during the night, I had to dress, leave apartment and go next door to use the toilet

"Ideal for a city sight seeing trip"
Great location near to Victoria. Milk and breakfast snacks provided which was a nice touch. Receptionist was very friendly. Ideal that we could leave our bags in a locked room after check out.
What could be improved: Sofa bed was uncomfortable ( big springs felt in back). Would benefit from a mattress topper.

"Highly recommend this apartment"
Comfy, clean, spacious. Close to everything that we needed.
What could be improved: The narrow staircase / hauling large suitcases - luckily only 2 flights of stairs.

They were kind enough to place AC units in the bedrooms during a hot spell in London.
