Right in the middle of great neighborhood. Full kitchen and 2 baths. Clean and well-equipped.
What could be improved: Just FYI to guests when it is very hot weather in London - the property doesn’t have AC and does not advertise as having AC. But they have room fans.

"GREAT LOCATION!"
Booking the flat was easy, it was a very roomy accommodation for 4 of us, and communication was very good with the owners. Keys had to be picked up at a shop a few blocks away, but directions were easy to find it. Flooring and bathrooms were new nd updated, making the flat feel very clean. The beds were comfortable, pillows and bedding were clean, high quality, and fiberfill so no problem with allergies. The kitchen was easy to learn how to use, and there was an extensive handbook for directions we might need. While it was a bit pricey, it was in a comfortable and safe neighborhood with restaurants, markets, and shops not far away. We were able to walk everywhere from the flat. The heaters worked quite well, so the flat was always comfortable.
What could be improved: It would have been helpful to have more towels, and we bought more toilet tissue and paper towels as there were no extra paper supplies available.

"Clean and comfortable"
Very clean. Has all the things you need in the kitchen for a nice stay. It isn’t easy to find a three bedroom apartment in the center of London.
What could be improved: We had to put a deposit of 250 pounds that we didn’t know about before. We couldn’t get another blanket (only double blanket).

"An enjoyable family stay in wonderful central London property"
Well appointed, fully furnished, modern apartment which comfortably sleeps 6. Booking and arrival was smooth, property was clean and appears as described. Apartment is in good location for public transport (Euston, King's Cross, London Underground, Buses) and easy walk to Regent's Park, Oxford Street, Regent's Street, Soho, Covent Garden, Camden Market etc. Overall, a wonderful family stay.
What could be improved: The rubbish (trash) chute in the building was out of order at the time of our stay, so disposing of waste was cumbersome.

Location was quiet and easy walking distance to Oxford Street. Very spacious and clean. The lift was helpful but we also used the stairs. Wifi worked really well. The earlier checkin was appreciated. Liz was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp with easy to follow instructions.

What could be improved: Nothing major. But I think there are too many rules on what to do and not do while staying there, it felt like it comes with a manual , and the late checkin that might be an issue, for us was not but good to consider when booking

"great stay in a very good location of London"
We really enjoyed our stay at this appartment. Thanks a lot to Liz, the host of the appartment, for the easy and perfect communication. The appartment corresponded exactly to the description and we had enough space for 5 people. The location of the appartment is exellent and there are lots of restaurants and coffe shops nearby. public transportation is very close by, even if we preferred to explore many sights on foot. We have been really pleased to learn that we got a goodwill payback from our host, Liz, because the elevator has been out of order during 3 days of our stay. This has been very gererous - thanks a lot.
