"A very nice stay. Breakfast on the patio… wonderful"
I really liked this cute apartment and especially the patio where we could eat breakfast every morning, enjoying a wonderful smell of jasmine flowers. It was very quiet, in a nice residential area, not far from the Caledonian Road underground station. I would stay there again.
What could be improved: The water in the shower was scorching hot, it was not possible to regulate the temperature and take a cold or lukewarm shower (which would have been great in hot weather). The deposit was high (300 pounds) and because of the currency exchange differences we got back a bit less than we paid.

location of the apartment is really beneficial: 1 it is situated on the Piccadilly metro line, same with the Heathrow airport/Piccadilly circus/ Covent Garden/ Kings cross railway station/ museum quarter and many more famous places. 2 it is really close to the city center 3 there are stores and cafes near the apartment 4 it is not fare from the metro station and from bus stops 5 it is a quiet place ( we traveled with our little one) + there is a small playground around. when we arrived, it was clean enough. "-"
What could be improved: There was no hygiene kit presented. There were not enough paper towels.Also, we didn't find a bed set ready for our kid. The water regulation in the shower works a bit odd. Our sign in was not nice because the representative was late for 1 hour and was quite not friendly. But together with this I have to say that support team worked fast with all our complaints and helped us.

What could be improved: The dishwasher was broken, no coffeemashine, 2 little very dirty italian coffeemashines...in the bathroom, the light was broken, in the shower the water was too hot, you can't regulate it and you can't mix it with cold water, the water tap was broken

"We expected a better stay. No value for money."
The location is OK, not far from the city centre (by bus some 25 mins). Some shops close by. Wifi was good. The host Krista was a very kind and helpful. There is a small terrace.
What could be improved: Toaster full of crumbs, dirty table cover and kitchen cloth. Thin walls: we could hear the neighbors making strange noises until 2 h in the morning one night, could not sleep. Only thick, very warm bed linen provided, not suitable for the temperatures on the days we stayed. Huge 300 pound safety deposit required before check-in. Extremely smelly refrigerator, to the point that the smell stays in the food and makes it uneatable - probably due to chemical cleaning product - terrible, never experienced this before. The water in the shower was at best mild and could not be set to a bit hotter - kids hated it. No salt or pepper in the apartment.
