"DO NOT STAT HERE"
Absolutely nothing. My wife and children travelled 200 miles to London. Were left outside for 3 hours unable to get in. Then the owner denied taking the booking. Booking.com were thankfully very good and confirmed everything should be okay but it simply wasn’t. I have never ever seen anything like this. My family were unsafe and very cold and the guy could not even be good enough to answer his phone to me. I strongly recommend that you do not book this place. After a few hours, I got my refund and were able to put my family in a hotel but was 8 miles away

What could be improved: My disabled son and 2 carers arrived at 15.00 as confirmed , they could not access the property .the phone number provided kept going to answer machine !! They waited 2 hours then left as they were watching englands woman play football , i continued to attempt to contact the property and booking.com , eventually at 20.00 i got hold of someone from the property who informed me the property was not ready and they were cancelling our booking !!! This left my son and carers in London with no accomadation !!!!
