Overview
First Impressions
Studio for 3 near Regents Park n5 sits on a quiet residential street in Camden that honestly feels more like a local secret than a tourist area. When I first walked up Adamson Road, I was struck by how peaceful it was — you’re close enough to central London that everything’s accessible, but far enough from the chaos that you can actually hear birds in the morning. The building itself has that classic North London charm, and the four-star rating really shows in the attention to detail throughout.
The Space That Works
This studio apartment is cleverly designed for three people without feeling cramped. The layout makes smart use of every corner — there’s a proper double bed and a comfortable single that doesn’t feel like an afterthought. What I really appreciated was the compact kitchen setup; it’s got everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the nearby Sainsbury’s and cook a simple meal. The whole space feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a typical hotel room.
Regent’s Park and Beyond
You know what’s great about this location? Regent’s Park is literally a five-minute walk away, and I mean the actual park entrance, not some distant corner of it. I found myself cutting through the park to get to Baker Street tube station most mornings — it’s probably the most pleasant commute you’ll have in London. Camden Town is walkable too, though honestly, the immediate neighborhood around Adamson Road has this lovely residential vibe that makes you feel like a temporary local rather than a tourist.
Practical Perks
The WiFi actually works well (I was working remotely for part of my stay), and there’s decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in London. The building is quiet — I mean really quiet for London standards — which surprised me given how close you are to everything. The check-in process was straightforward, and the hosts clearly know what they’re doing when it comes to making guests comfortable without being intrusive.
Why Guests Love It
This place hits that sweet spot between independence and comfort that’s hard to find in London accommodation. You’re not paying West End prices, but you’re genuinely well-connected to everything that matters. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you consider that you get the space of an apartment with the reliability of a professional operation. It’s particularly good if you’re traveling with friends or family and want somewhere to actually relax between exploring the city — plus, having Regent’s Park as your backyard doesn’t hurt either.
Guest reviews
"I really love the experience to live here. It was so nice to be here. And the location is really convenient."
The room is pretty, it feels likes you are really into the British neighborhood. And the service is good as well, you can get the response quickly.
What could be improved: There’s no air conditioner in the room. Though for the weather in London, it’s not a must have.

"Wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a nicer accommodation in a better area! Really great value for money."
Very easy to find, and not far at all from the nearest tube station with easy access into the building. The studio was pristine and had all the amenities we needed (the cookies were a cute touch, thank you!) the bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom very clean and modern. Valentina was a great host and was easily contactable for all my questions.
What could be improved: A fan would have been handy as it was so hot when we went and only 2/3 of the windows were able to open.

"Exceptional"
The apartment was well-equipped, clean, and located in a very quiet area.
It is well-connected via subway/bus, and it has shops/markets nearby.
What could be improved: The only thing I did not like was the water pressure for the shower. It took a bit longer to take a shower.

"Perfect stay in Central London for a family of 3"
Quiet road in central London - location is PERFECT! just behind Primrose Hill and shops nearby. Subway Swiss COttage Station is 2' walk away and the Jubilee Line takes you quickly to most significant attractions in Central London. The apartment had lots of natural light and it was super clean. Host was very responsive (within minutes) and we were greeted with a box of chocolate cookies, which my kids appreciated a lot.
What could be improved: Water pressure in the shower could be higher

"Comfortable"
I recently stayed at this studio and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—nestled in the lovely Camden area and just a short walk from Regent’s Park, it made exploring the city so easy and convenient. The studio itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The space felt cozy yet spacious enough for three people, with tasteful decor and a relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone visiting London
