Overview
First Impressions
StayPrime Marylebone Serviced Apartments sits on a quiet street that somehow manages to feel both central and tucked away — which, honestly, is exactly what you want when you’re staying in London. The building itself has that understated British elegance thing going on, not flashy but definitely solid. You know you’re getting a proper four-star experience the moment you walk through the front door.
The Neighborhood
Marylebone is one of those areas that locals actually live in, which I mean as the highest compliment. You’ve got Regent’s Park literally around the corner — and I’m talking about a five-minute walk to those gorgeous rose gardens that everyone posts on Instagram. The high street has everything from Waitrose to independent cafes, plus you can walk to Oxford Street in about ten minutes when you need that shopping fix (though honestly, you might prefer the quieter vibe here).
The Apartment Experience
These aren’t hotel rooms — they’re proper serviced apartments, which changes everything about how you travel. Each apartment comes with a full kitchen that’s actually equipped for cooking, not just reheating takeaway. The living spaces feel like someone’s well-designed London flat rather than a generic hotel room. I particularly appreciated having a dining table where I could spread out my laptop and actually work, something that’s surprisingly rare even in decent hotels.
Practical Perks
The weekly housekeeping service strikes the right balance — you get fresh linens and a proper clean without feeling like staff are constantly in your space. There’s a 24-hour reception desk, which proved useful when I needed restaurant recommendations beyond the usual tourist traps. The building feels secure but not intimidating, and the lifts are modern enough that you won’t be waiting around forever with your luggage.
Why Guests Love It
What really works here is how it solves the London accommodation puzzle — you get space, location, and value without compromising on any of them. Business travelers love having a proper workspace and kitchen for longer stays, while families appreciate having room to actually live rather than just sleep. The Marylebone location means you’re close enough to everything that matters but far enough from the chaos to actually get a good night’s sleep. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like a temporary Londoner rather than just another tourist, which honestly makes all the difference.

"Great location and all the essentials you need ✅✅"
Great location. Easy check in. Spotless clean. Well equipped.
What could be improved: The hallways was super hot! Minor point. A little noisy hearing others checking out first thing in the morning (sound from upstairs)

"Overall I was pleased with my stay and would choose to stay there again."
Very clean. Fantastic location. Modern and renovated flat.
What could be improved: Noise insulation could have been better. I could hear the occupant of the room next to mine coughing at night.

"Excellent stay in great location."
Location. Security. Room.
What could be improved: Kitchen utensils and crockery very limited and mismatched. No Champagne glasses!

"Very nice indeed"
Great location, clean, big room.
We were there in late November, the room was warm, comfy, equiped with everything.
Just what we need it.
What could be improved: A bit overpriced. Needs some improvements here and there. The bed felt a bit small.

"Good value for money and excellent location."
Excellent location and good facilities
What could be improved: The lack of sound proofing between apartments. Somewhere else to sit would be nice to other than bed or dining chairs.

"Superb"
Amazing location, clean and functional, airy and spacious, modern and well equipped. What is there not to like when you have come to explore central London and the Christmas lights. The communication and guidance were on point and one best I have received, and I travel a lot. Would definitely book again.
What could be improved: The soundproofing is non existent, but this I had read from multiple reviews so had prepared with earplugs.

"Recommendable! Location is really good, comfortable, natural light"
It has natural sunlight and a window and the location is great for walking to many places in London, specially to Piccadilly Circus and regent street. It is also a secure area where you can walk alone at night. The system for getting in and out is practical, specially when you are sharing the place
What could be improved: The stairs are really uncomfortable to move with suitcases.

"Great value for the location and recently refurbished room in London!"
The area, neighbourhood was great. Nice shops, cafes, tesco and M&S nearby ... etc. The bed was comfortable and all the other kitchen equipment worked fine. I think it was one of the affordable option for this neighbourhood. I would stay again!
What could be improved: No lift, but I expected this so no surprise but the top floor which was 5th, I think? It was a bit of exercise 😂And I think there is only one heating radiator in the room, which was in the bathroom so we had to leave the bathroom door open to get warm during the night time. Not a big deal but maybe having a little warming device would be good. Lastly somehow the wifi seems like having a trouble during the night time. It started on 3rd night until the day we checked out, very weak or no wifi only during the night time after 10ish~.
