What really surprised me about this apartment was how genuinely spacious it feels — the name isn’t just marketing speak. Three bedrooms means you’re not fighting over bathroom time if you’re traveling with friends or family, and the living area actually gives everyone room to spread out. The kitchen is properly equipped too, which matters when you want to grab groceries from the nearby Waitrose and cook something instead of eating out every night. Everything feels clean and modern without being sterile, if that makes sense.

The Neighborhood Experience

You know what I love about staying here? You wake up and step outside into real London energy. There’s this brilliant Vietnamese place called Cây Tre just around the corner that locals actually eat at, not just tourists. The area transforms completely from day to night — during the day it’s all startups and coffee shops, then after dark the street art tours begin and the music venues come alive. Boxpark Shoreditch is a quick walk away, and honestly, you could spend an entire afternoon just wandering through the weekend markets.

"Great, thank you"
Great location. Clean. Perfect for our group stay. Lots of cooking equipment that was clean. Houst customer service were excellent, so polite and helpful re: issue with lock box. They also allowed us to buy a fan for the bedroom, as it was very hot. They have promised to reimburse us.
What could be improved: Very slippery when showering in bath. Lock box was broken and latch did not work. On arrival we did not need to use lock box because cleaner was in the property.

3 bedrooms suited us as 3 friends travelling together; washing machine; convenience to Old St Station, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes; balcony with leafy outlook from living room.
What could be improved: 1. Lack of provided items - no dishwasher tabs or washing up liquid, plug for sink, basic pantry items 2. Exterior style of building not attractive

"Comfortable apartment in the very centre of London"
Very comfy apartment in Central London. Very close to metro and bus stations; London Liverpool station and the City district at very short walking distance. Large apartment with comfortable rooms and two bathrooms. Towels and bed linens were provided. Clean rooms and efficient heating system. Apartment in a quiet and cozy block of flats. Hosts available by phone for any support. Optimal solution for a family or a group of friends.
What could be improved: Slight difficulties in finding the key locker at the arrival, but the host were super helpful for guiding us to where to pick the keys. Slight leaks from few windows, a bit uncomfortable during winter times.

"Well-heated apartment in central London with difficult to open terrace door and keybox."
Location was great, and with the amount of amenities at the place, great for a business trip at that price while sharing with colleagues. Everyone had a private room, though they were not individually lockable. Heating was working (very) well, including for the sanitary water - we never had cold showers.
What could be improved: The box that holds the keys is incredibly hard to close and difficult to open. It also doesn't fit the 2 key sets you get, which is why on arrival only one was in there and the other one was in the apartment. Street noise is unfortunately a given with this location and inferior sound proofing. Door to the terrace was incredibly hard to close; the instructions were of little use - we chose not to open it anymore. WiFi password was one of these random, comes-with-the-box passwords, so hard to type. It only takes 5 minutes to configure a new easy-to-type password or to create a QR code of it and hang it somewhere.

What could be improved: Apartment does need some maintenance for example the upstairs bathroom door was difficult to open and close and screws came out of the downstairs bathroom door. Only one lock on front door. Be aware that there are two flights of stairs to get to the Apartment and steep stairs inside the apartment if there are elderly people staying. There is quite a lot of traffic noise.

Very spacious. I loved how all the windows looked out onto trees. Great location and super comfortable. Very nice closet space.
What could be improved: It was really not clear where the lock box was as there was another lockbox very close to that location. You should have a photo of the lockbox and the location of the lockbox because there was another one close by that we spent 30 minutes working on. A random pass by, had to help us and tell us that we were working on the wrong lockbox. And that it happens all the time.
