Overview
First Impressions
The Spacious 4 Bedrooms apartment for 10 near Marble Arch caught my attention mainly because it delivers exactly what it promises — space, and lots of it. Walking into this four-star apartment in London, you’re immediately struck by how much room you actually have to breathe, which honestly feels like a small miracle in this city. It’s one of those places where you don’t feel like you’re stepping over each other’s luggage.
Location & Getting Around
Being near Marble Arch means you’re basically at the corner of everything that matters — Hyde Park is right there when you need fresh air, and Oxford Street is close enough for shopping but far enough that you won’t hear the crowds at night. The Westminster Borough location puts you within walking distance of so many spots, though I’d recommend grabbing an Oyster card because the tube connections from here are fantastic. You know what’s nice? You can actually walk to Regent’s Park in about fifteen minutes, something I discovered on my second morning there.
The Space Itself
Four bedrooms for ten people sounds tight on paper, but the layout actually works well — there’s genuine living space beyond just places to sleep. The main room area is where everyone naturally gathers, and it doesn’t feel cramped even when the whole group is hanging out. I mean, you’re not going to host a dinner party, but there’s enough space for everyone to have their morning coffee without feeling like sardines. The kitchen setup handles the basics well enough, though I’d stick to simple meals rather than anything too ambitious.
What Works Daily
The practical stuff matters when you’re traveling with a larger group, and this place handles it pretty smoothly. There’s enough bathroom access that you won’t have people queuing up in the morning, which trust me, makes a huge difference in group dynamics. The beds are comfortable enough — not hotel-fancy, but you’ll sleep fine after a day of walking around London. Storage space is decent too, so you can actually unpack a bit rather than living out of your suitcase the whole time.
Why Groups Choose It
Honestly, it comes down to value and space when you’re splitting costs among ten people — you get a proper home base without the premium you’d pay for multiple hotel rooms in central London. The 7.8 rating reflects what you’d expect: it’s solid, dependable, and does exactly what it should without any major surprises. Plus there’s something nice about having your own front door and not navigating hotel lobbies every time someone wants to pop out for groceries or comes back late from the pub.

"Good for larger group"
The place is spacious and clean. The best part it is near the train station and bus station which made commuting easier. Many halal shops nearby so you won’t go hungry!
What could be improved: The heating system can be improved as some of the rooms are cold

"Big comfortable bedrooms with easy access to tube"
Big bedroom and kitchen
What could be improved: Did not provide paper towels for the kitchen. No hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. Water in the bathtub was slow to drain out

"Very convenient and I would most definitely stay again if I had a large group like this time."
The location was so convenient. Groceries and underground right across the street.
What could be improved: Street noise. But that is not the fault of the host.

"Superb"
Great location straight across from Edgware Road underground station and M&S food hall across the road and Tesco nearby too. Easy access into the city.
What could be improved: Noise from outside at night and people hanging around

"All good. You can consider to book this if you are going to London."
Location is perfect in the middle of the city. House amenities are complete.
What could be improved: Nothing much except the heating system in some rooms not hot enough to heat the room

"Family of five - 3 teenage/college aged kids"
Apartment exactly as presented in photos/description. Extremely spacious and comfortable. Location is excellent. Caddy-corner to the Edgeware train/tube station. M&S grocery directly across the street. Plenty of cooking space in the kitchen. Property owner is very accommodating, arranging early check-in for us at the last minute. We had a wonderful time visiting our daughter in England. Highly recommend.
What could be improved: I can't list anything we didn't like. :-)

"Large airy apartment."
Great location for transport and restaurants, also supermarkets within few minutes walk. Large comfortable bedrooms, spacious living room. Well equipped kitchen. Very secure.
What could be improved: Unfortunately there was a housekeeping issue when we arrived, but a quick message to the owner and it was rectified within the hour.
Would have liked window blind especially in bedrooms as it was a ground floor apartment and very public when curtains were opened.

"Very good"
Great apartment in good location walking distance to everything u need and huge rooms
The landlord was super friendly answering any question we had.
They provide all kitchen equipment, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and some cleaning stuff.
What could be improved: The only down thing would be that u can hear the nose from the streets because of the active location.

"Great apartment and comfortable stay."
For the most part I was very pleased with the apartment. It was very large and accommodated our family of 5 adults and 2 children very nicely. The location was ideal, being so close to the Edgeware Road Station and a large market. We appreciated the coffee that was on hand for our arrival. The apartment was well stocked and there was a generous supply of toilet paper to get us by. It was comfortable and very clean.
What could be improved: We would really have appreciated having 2 sets of keys, as there were times when we would split up and do different activities. With only one set of keys, we always had to try and coordinate exact timing to return to the apartment which on a couple of occasions were inconvenient. Also, the flush button on the toilet close to the kitchen would get stuck and continue to run. Otherwise, a very nice stay.
