"Stayed October 2025"
Location was ideal for using underground and the accommodation was very comfortable. Lots of shops etc and places to eat and felt very safe.
What could be improved: The noise outside from passing ambulance as hospital nearby. A problem with the boiler but host quickly sorted. Check the hot water when you arrive is working.

"Good"
Good location. It took only 5 mins walk to the nearest station. The rooms were clean.
What could be improved: There was trash on the sofa. We couldn't get there tv remote controller so we couldn't use tv as well. The kitchen supplies and seasoning were minimum preparation. I was wondering that there were electric coffee maker or espresso maker.

"Nice big clean apartment."
The apartment is nice and big. There is a lot of space. Kitchen is fully equipped.
What could be improved: The main bedroom windows are next to a street where people walk pass a lot. It can be noisy sometimes. The bedroom on the lower ground floor has a skylight from the ceiling which cannot be covered up. We stayed in July when the sun doesn't set until 9-10pm so the bedroom was bright until then.

"Excellent location but beds, mattresses and towels needed to be upgraded"
Location was excellent with a 5 min. walk to Hammersmith Tube station which is a main line into London. Close to shops and restaurants. Property had recently been completely renovated with new bathrooms and kitchen
What could be improved: There were several items missing which would have made our stay more comfortable. These items would not have cost a lot of money. However, the two beds were double beds and the mattresses were hard - cheap No internet from the downstairs bedroom - 15 stairs Hooks required on the bathroom doors. No signs to indicate how to control heating and under the floor heating Cheap towels, small and not absorbent No body wash No iron or ironing board. It was requested and delivered. Sofa bed became lounge. No cushions on dining room chairs.

"Good location and very modern"
Very spacious, modern and well equipped. Good terrace and location, close to one of the main London subway and bus stations.
What could be improved: Given the price it could have a bit more furniture, it feels empty and not very well decorated.

"great but host should be more responsive, still I strongly recommend in that price."
It was a very good, clean and spacious apartment. Location is great, strongly recommended for a family or a small group.
What could be improved: Host repose was slow, I had a problem with boiler and heating at night, luckily I could figure out the issue myself as I have some knowledge of heating system (but everyone might not be able to do that) but host responded only in the morning. If I would not have fixed that myself, cold water and apartment would be a big pain for me in such a cold wether as I had small kids with me. Bedrooms doesn't have locks. Sofa bed was broken. Glass used in roof in both bedrooms is good during the day and there is no way to darken the room if someone want to sleep in the morning/day.

Appartamento nuovissimo, ben arredato, spazi ampi, bagni grandi. Check in autonomo, check out idem con orario flessibile se richiesto. Pulizia molto buona. Posizione ottima.
What could be improved: Problema al boiler che non funzionava bene anche dopo l intervento del tecnico. Mancanza di appendiabiti all'ingresso ed in bagno.
