First Impressions
When I first stumbled upon Shepherds Bush Green Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments, I wasn’t expecting much from the name — honestly, it sounds pretty corporate. But you know what? Sometimes the best places hide behind unassuming titles. This four-star setup sits right across from Shepherds Bush Green, and I mean literally right there, so you’ve got this lovely patch of London greenery as your front yard view.
Location & Getting Around
The thing about London is that location really makes or breaks your stay, and this spot actually works brilliantly. You’re a quick walk to both Shepherd’s Bush Market and Hammersmith stations, which means the Central, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines are all within reach. I spent most evenings wandering over to Westfield shopping center — it’s maybe ten minutes on foot, which saved me a fortune on transport and impulse Amazon deliveries.
The Apartment Experience
Here’s where things get interesting — each apartment feels more like a proper London flat than a hotel room. The kitchen setup is actually functional (shocking, I know), with a full-sized fridge and decent counter space for more than just making tea. I ended up cooking proper meals most nights, partly because the local Tesco is right around the corner, but mainly because the space just felt homey enough to bother.
Neighborhood Character
Shepherds Bush has this wonderfully unpretentious vibe that I really grew to appreciate. Sure, it’s not as polished as Kensington, but there’s something refreshingly real about the area. The market buzzes with proper London energy — vendors calling out prices, the smell of Caribbean food mixing with traditional fish and chips. You’ll find everything from vintage clothing stalls to that one guy who somehow always has exactly the phone charger you need.
Why Guests Love It
What really sold me on this place was the freedom it offered. No rushing down for breakfast before some arbitrary cutoff time, no feeling weird about coming back to your room at 2 PM to grab something you forgot. The parking situation is decent too — not cheap, but available, which in London counts as a minor miracle. I’d honestly come back, especially for longer stays when you want to feel like you’re actually living in London rather than just passing through.

"Great stay"
Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. It's really close to the underground and lots of shops around.
What could be improved: Small point but just a little noisy, this can't be helped as its near a main road

"Close to Underground stations and very well equipped room"
Good option for the price. Location is good, very close to 2 different Underground stations (Shepherd's Bush and SB Market) with direct connections to many places. Room was very well equipped, nice kitchnette (if you need to cook it's perfect), fridge, kettle and so on. 2 wardrobes. Bathroom was nice and clean. Price is very decent compared to other properties in the area and London overall.
What could be improved: Lack of staff. Everything is done through codes and so on. Everything was very smooth, but one wonders what would happen if something wrong happens, or if you have some last minute problem. But overall i do recommend this place for sure.

Easy Check-In, clean room and convenient location.
What could be improved: it is very very noisy as you can hear everything from all other appartements and the air quality inside the apparatements is pretty bad - meaning that closing the windows is also not ideal.

The location is not too from central london. The room was comfortable.
What could be improved: The check-in process was a little bit complicated. However, the instructions provided were helpful.
The bathroom smelled and bit because there is no windows.

"Good"
The property was clean, with enough cutlery, kitchen necessities, towels and extra pillows. The location is great, there are two underground stations in the near vicinity.
What could be improved: The downside of the location is that it is quite noisy, even at night. The beds were not comfortable (too soft for our preference) and the bathroom is really, really small.

"My Go-To Studio Near Westfield"
I’ve stayed at this studio several times now, and it’s consistently been an excellent experience. The space is always very clean, compact and perfectly suited for solo travel. It’s become my go-to place whenever I’m in the area.
The kitchenette is a big plus — well-equipped and very convenient for preparing meals or snacks. The location can’t be beat either: just a short walk to Westfield and great public transport options nearby.
Clean, comfortable, and reliable — I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for affordable accommodation in Shepherds bush.
What could be improved: If you’re travelling alone, it’s great but it could be tight for a couple. A full length mirror would be a great addition as well.

"Clean, great location, great room, a little small but perfect for an overnight"
Very clean, lovely shower, great kitchen with utensils and crockery and easy to access the building and apartment. I was lucky to have an apartment with a view onto the green / street area (flat 7) so had no other flats looking in!
Wardrobe was also great and brilliant iron and large ironing board provided which I was really grateful for since I had a maxi dress to iron!
All in all a great place to stay and I'd def book again
What could be improved: No toaster which for an apartment is probably something that would be handy for breakfast.
No full length mirror which wasn't ideal as I was going to a work event
Hairdryer was blowing out cold air so took me a long time to get ready! I called for replacement but was told housekeeping had left already and no alternative solution provided
