"Overall, very relaxing."
* The communal areas was well maintained, * Very good transport links. * Close to all kind of amenities. * Easy to find parking. * Host very helpful
What could be improved: * It appear some issues with the communal bin area. * Neighbours exceptionally loud (some kind of worshipping, at all hours). * Sofa may need upgraded or cleaned. * Decor could do with a refresh. * Thoughts on replacing bedding.

"Good value for the location"
Easy self check-in and checkout. The owners were very responsive as well and helpful with recommending shops, etc nearby. Nice location. Not central but it's right next to the DLR for ease of access into the city. Good value for the location and size of the place. I'm a sucker for a bathtub and the tub was nice, deep and clean.

"Great home base for a 4-day father/ daughter trip to London"
Host very responsive. Center of London in easy reach using DLR ( Bank 25 Minutes). DLR really very close, but trains do not run during the nights, ie do not cause noise during core sleeping time. Kitchen sufficiently equipped. We cooked three times during our stay. Apartment is clean. I could imagine that it is also a good match if you are on a longer business trip. Was there with my 15 year old daughter. She enjoyed the stay as well. Apartment s perfect for two adults. For more could be a little bit packed.
What could be improved: In essence there is nothing I can complain about. There is no nightlife around. If you need that in walking distance then this is not the place to be for you. It is in a living district, that seems to me like many of these living districts with rather old one party and several party houses you find often outside of the center of London.

"Recommend staying here!"
We lived here for two weeks. The DLR station right outside, which is very convenient. There is a park next to it, which is suitable for me who is used to jogging every morning. ASDA supermarket is also very close. There is Lewisham Shopping Centre a little further away. The fruits in the market next to it are very cheap. When I contacted the owner with any questions, can got response promptly. Recommend staying here.
What could be improved: The washing machine does not have a dryer. It is fine for us to stay in the summer, but I wonder if it will be inconvenient to stay in the winter.

The host is super helpful and always provides advice on your plans on a daily basis. The place is very clean, and the appliances are fully operational.

What could be improved: Some areas for improvement. A separate cleaning fee was charged at the time of booking. During the week of stay, cleaning was never carried out. The service "luggage storage" is advertised. But this service was not provided. it would be nice to provide instructions on how to use the water heater.
