"Wonderful"
Modern and clean apartment, big balcony space
What could be improved: The bed mattresses could definitely be a lot better. It sinks in, not good for the back after long day of sightseeing. Washer/dryer had issues to ensure clothes were fully dry.

"A comfortable, well-facilitated stay in a good area of London"
Very spacious flat with plenty of facilities for the two of us. The kitchen utensils, washing up liquid, spices and other amenities were very much appreciated. The area felt safe and was well located about 5 minutes walking distance from 2 train stations.
What could be improved: There was a bit of fluff and hair on the carpet - it could have been hoovered better. The double bed was a bit low so a bit hard to get up from. It was a bit tricky to return the keys because the opening time of the off-licence was 10:30 on a Sunday rather than the advertised 10:00.

What could be improved: The showers are not working. The water flow is minimal through the showers as the water flow is just more than a trickle.

location. big & comfortable.
What could be improved: i did not like the fact that i had to go half mile to pick up the keys on arrival. checking in should be done in the property and not far away. i also did nor like the fact that the host delayed responding to my message for almost 1 day until i had to call them. The check in on their website is absolutely unacceptable, I had to down load my PP copy and full details of the credit card, and still did not work. Not happy.

"Very good"
Excellent location for getting around London on trains and the DLR. Many choices of eateries nearby, a few major grocery chains on the high street, and a great Chinese supermarket.
What could be improved: The location of the key picked up was not given till the day of check in and it was a 10min walk away. The washing machine had a leak and was reported from second day. After a week it was still not fixed.

"Good location, trek to get the key, not great in the heat."
We liked the Deptford location right next to the train station, restaurants, and shops. It was a comfortable space for our family of four. The deck was great. The beds were comfortable.
What could be improved: It was an inconvenience to have planned for use of a washing machine only to have it out of order. (The owner did try to send someone to repair it the last day of our stay, but it was leaking profusely from the front door and was unusable). The listing said “someone would meet us” with the key upon arrival, but, as others have stated, you have to walk about 10 minutes each way to pick up the key, and also to drop it off before departure. It’s not close and would be extremely in incident to make the walk with luggage. The apartment gets late afternoon sun and was very hot during our stay as it was a warm spell in London. It was 30.5 degrees in the flat when we were going to bed at night. They did provide fans.

"Deptford spacious and convenient"
Great view and even better from the rooftop. Big balcony and good location for transport. Terrific food and bars below the apartment.
What could be improved: Key collection and return is way too far from the building. A key safe would be more convenient.

"Superb"
The apartment is exactly as it's pictured, very clean and suitable for a family stay. It was equipt with everything you would need for a comfortable appartment stay and I appreciated the added touch of detergent and softner provided for laundry, Tea and coffee as well as shower gels and hand soaps that were there on arrival. The location is really good as it is situated between two stations within a 5-7min walk. It's also a 3 min walk from a high street/market with many shops and eateries. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, especially Owen, who I communicated with the most, and I actually extended my stay twice with no hassle. I was even provided a mid-stay clean due to the extension of my stay, which made the stay all the more pleasant. The check-in and check-out process were very simple. All in all, this was a lovely experience, and I would highly recommend to any families or anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in a lovely apartment.

"Stay was nice. Flat was great."
Safety aspect of the Building. cleanliness and over all facilities in the Flat.
What could be improved: Shower water pressure was quite low in one of the Bathrooms. This should be improved. One of the curtains in Bed Room could not be operated (Roll up function was not working). Rest all were fine.
