Very well located with many amenities nearby. There are 2 to 3 supermarkets available close by. Love the neighbourhood with all the little cafes and restaurants. Transportation is easily accessible with tube Russell sq on the northern line within 5 to 7 mins of walking. The bus stops are also within walking distance. Place is very clean. There is a bit of noise from late afternoon to early evening if the unit is on the lower floors. But not really an issue as the noise subsides by 9 pm or so.
What could be improved: Nothing.

"A great stay for anyone looking for a safe quiet (as possible in London!) clean apartment."
Fantastic location. Great to have serviced apartment with friendly staff there to welcome us and to look after our luggage before and after arrival/departure. Spotlessly clean. Lovely en suite with great shower. Balcony huge and would have been lovely to sit on if we had had the weather.
What could be improved: Mattresses weren’t the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. Think would benefit from mattress toppers. The bed in room 2 was two very small singles pushed together and not made up as one bed which wasn’t the most comfortable for a couple sleeping together. Property very warm. I would say uncomfortably so even in September. Whilst fans provided in each room, I would not wish to stay in the summer because of the heat and no available air con. Whilst balcony was great, the furniture was extremely tired and broken. This needs to be replaced and I would suggest a cover to protect it from the weather.

The apartment was modern, ideally located and close to grocery shops and public transportation.
What could be improved: It was quite hot (but we had a fan). I would have liked the kitchen to have a bit more utensils but it was fine in the end. Needs a deep clean, the apartment was generally clean but there were some spots with stains. There where no utensils to clean such as brooms, mops or a vacuum cleaner.

Very spacious apartment with plenty of amenities. Easy self check-in after the reception closed for the evening. Everything in the apartment was up to scratch and no major complaints. There was a good fan which helped with the heat.
What could be improved: No hot water in the morning for a shower! Shower gel container not refilled. They didn't say there would be, but there was no blow-dryer.
