That’s actually part of its charm — this four-star place feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s flat than a typical hotel. The building itself is understated, but once you’re inside, you realize why it has that impressive 9.7 rating.
The Space
The apartment lives up to its name — it’s genuinely spacious, which is saying something for London. You get a proper living area that doesn’t feel cramped, and the kitchen is actually functional (I mean, you could cook a real meal here if you wanted). The river view is the real showstopper though — you’re looking out over the Thames, and depending on the time of day, it’s either peaceful or buzzing with boat traffic.
Greenwich Perks
Here’s what I love about the location: you’re in Greenwich, which means you can walk to the Observatory, the market, and all those maritime museums without breaking a sweat. But more importantly, you can grab the DLR or river bus into central London in about twenty minutes. The neighborhood has this village feel that’s hard to find in London — there are proper pubs, decent coffee shops, and a Waitrose around the corner for supplies.
Living Like a Local
The room setup makes you feel settled rather than just passing through. There’s enough storage space (shocking, I know), and the bed is comfortable enough that you won’t spend your first morning complaining about your back. The little details matter here — good water pressure, reliable Wi-Fi, and windows that actually open properly. You know what really sold me? The fact that there’s a decent workspace if you need to catch up on emails.
Why Guests Love It
This place works because it gets the balance right between hotel service and apartment freedom. You’re not dealing with tiny parking spaces or fighting for elevator access with conference groups. Instead, you get the space to spread out, cook if you want to, and actually relax. The Thames view doesn’t hurt either — especially in the evening when the light hits the water just right and you remember why London can be pretty spectacular.

The location is central to Greenwich with beautiful views over the Thames. The host met us and showed us around the apartment. She was very welcoming.
The apartment was very clean and modern with all amenities. The beds were super comfy. I would recommend a stay here if visiting Greenwich.

This was a little hidden gem we found in Greenwich/Cutty Sark, in a perfect location. Yan is a great host. Beautiful and clean wee flat. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend.

"Your option if you want to stay in Greenwich"
The location is amazing! If you want to spend some time in lovely Greenwich area, this is your place . The building is not in the center which is convenient as it is in a quiet area, but 5 minute walking to all restaurants and shops in Greenwich

A Perfect Stay in Greenwich – Highly Recommended!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay with my family at this apartment in London! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and airy, with an abundance of natural light that makes it feel so warm and welcoming. Every corner was spotless, which instantly made it feel like home.
The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to bus stations, the DLR, and perfectly situated near all the iconic sights of Greenwich like the Royal Observatory, Cutty Sark, and Greenwich Park. It’s ideal for exploring the area and also getting into central London with ease.
The peaceful surroundings and proximity to green spaces made my stay both relaxing and convenient
One small note: the bed in the living room could be a bit larger for added comfort, but everything else was truly exceptional.

This apartment is very well presented, has absolutely everything you need, is light, bright and airy, very comfortable and definitely feels like a home, rather than simply a rental property. Time and attention to detail has been given to making this a lovely holiday or work away space and the owner is extremely helpful and pleasant to make sure guests have everything they need and are happy. Its a perfect location for all attractions in Greenwich, which are only a few minutes stroll away - everything is so easily accessible. We would most certainly recommend this apartment; we will be back too!

Appartement propre et spacieux. Tous les équipements nécessaires pour votre séjour s'y trouve. Les lits sont confortables. Il y a une petite terrasse très agréable. Dans une résidence sécurisée et calme en plein grenwich, au bord de la Tamise. Non loin du DLR et à deux pas d'un arrêt de bus. Au pied de l'immeuble il y a un supermarché très pratique après une longue journée dans Londres. Merci à Yan qui nous a accueillis et est resté disponible pour nous.
