"Perfect choice, bring your eye mask if you live on the top floor"
The kitchen is large, all the facilities are good. The plates, knives, bottles, kettles are from IKEA and they are almost brand new. If you like cook your own meal, then this kitchen can satisfy you.
The room is quite clean, and the facilities in the room are also from IKEA. It seems the agent bought almost every thing from IKEA, LOL.
The bathroom on the 1st floor has a bath tub, very clean. There are three toilets so you don't need to worry about waiting.
The backyard is small but I think it's very good, it has a wooden chair so you can sit there and rest.
Then landlord and the agent are very nice, they respond to my requests in time. They fixed problems like the toilet keep flushing, the heater keep heating and unstable internet.
The cleaners cleared two fridges and allocate each room a place to put their food. Very good idea.
There are also many ingredients, such as oil, onions, and spicy powders in the kitchen, I think they are left by previoius travellers. I used them to cook. I suggest the agent/landlord to allocate one cupboard to store all these communal ingredients.
I arrived a bit earlier and luckily the password worked and the cleaners were friendly and we entered our room earlier.
What could be improved: The room on the top floor has no curtains, both for the tilted and normal window. I brought my eye mask so that's not a big deal.
The toilet kept flushing when I arrived, then the landlord quickly fixed this.
The heater in the bathroom and in my room had some problems, they kept heating. The landlord fixed them quickly too.

"It felt just like home"
A perfect stay in Lewisham! The place was fully equipped and very comfortable — we truly felt at home. The owner/staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially for travellers. The area is peaceful, beautiful, and well-connected with many nearby facilities. Easy access to central London. Affordable and truly worth it!

It was good value for 4 nights. My room was clean but the residents lounge was a bomb site. Dirty washing on a settee. A bit scruffy but as it was o ly somewhere to lay my head ill give in 3 out of 5

"Bad. Noisy Dusty House. Not Worth The Money."
Was close to train, easy to get in, close to a gym, big kitchen. i have nothing else nice to say.
What could be improved: I left after two nights because of how noisy it was. After the first night I messaged the owner and told him I couldn't sleep because I could hear every movement in the room above and I was right next to the bathroom and the shower was against my wall and people were showing after midnight and the bathroom door was right there. Also, it was the first room in the building so everyone going up and down the stairs was like a stampede to me. He didn't care. He didn't care to refund part of my money and let me leave even though the house was full and he could have filled the room easily. Also, the bed was hard and there were broken slats under the bed too and there was no nightstand. The room smelled like chemicals the first day and dust the second. I woke up with my mouth feeling like dirt. The fridge was dirty. So I took the loss and moved somewhere so much better with a nice host for the next two nights. I do NOT recommend this house.

Proximidade do metrô. Localização segura. Comodidades da casa, como cozinha completa.
What could be improved: Cama péssima, colchão horrível, travesseiros horrendos. Havia apenas UMA toalha de banho, quando a reserva era para dois. Não havia cortinas nos quartos e havia duas janelas em cima da cama, o que deixava o quarto iluminado 24h por dia, fosse por luz solar, fosse por luz do poste. Praticamente impossível ter uma boa noite de sono. As paredes são muito finas, então ouvíamos constantemente outros hospedes conversando.
