Overview
First Impressions
Walking up to Prime Location Marylebone 4 Bed Designer Flat on Paddington Street, you immediately get that “local London” feeling rather than typical tourist hotel vibes. It’s tucked into one of those classic Georgian terraces that make this part of London so charming, and honestly, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for the address. The entrance feels more like you’re visiting a well-heeled friend than checking into accommodation.
The Space Itself
This four-star designer flat actually lives up to its name — the interiors are thoughtfully curated without being show-offy about it. Each room has its own personality, but they flow together nicely, which is rarer than you’d think in London properties. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just the usual hotel kitchenette with a sad mini-fridge. You know what I mean — you can actually cook here if you want to skip another £30 restaurant meal.
Why Marylebone Works
The location is where this place really shines, and I don’t just mean because it’s central. Marylebone has this village-y feel that most of London has lost — there’s a proper high street with independent shops, decent coffee places that aren’t chains, and you’re genuinely living among Londoners rather than tourists. Paddington Street specifically puts you between the buzz of Oxford Street (five minutes south) and the calm of Regent’s Park (five minutes north).
Getting Around
Transport-wise, you’ve got options everywhere. Baker Street tube is practically on your doorstep, which connects you to half of London via the Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Circle, Jubilee, and Bakerloo lines. But honestly, I found myself walking most places because everything’s surprisingly close — Selfridges, the Wallace Collection, even Camden Market if you’re feeling adventurous.
Why Guests Love It
What sets this apartment apart is that it feels like temporary London living rather than just passing through. There’s proper space to spread out (four bedrooms means everyone gets their own sanctuary), and the design touches make you feel like you’re staying somewhere special without the stuffiness of traditional luxury hotels. The 8.4 rating makes sense when you factor in that you’re getting authentic London neighborhood life with all the comfort and style you actually want.

"Superb"
The property was clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay. It’s in a great location and the flat itself is huge. There were 8 of us staying and we had plenty of room.
What could be improved: The front bedrooms are noisy because of the road but that’s the same for anywhere in central London so it shouldn’t put you off.

"Great stay"
The flat is in a great central location with beautiful decor and really good size. We stayed on the hottest day of the year and they had put fans in every room so we could stay cool which was great. There aren’t that many stairs up to the flat as others have mentioned they really weren’t that bad at all!
What could be improved: Nothing!

"Very good location, nice place, just a few issues."
Excellent location. Close to all kinds of transport, tube lines, restaurants, shopping. The flat is comfortable for 5 people. Kitchen well appointed. Beds comfortable. Lots of bathrooms. The unit is attractive and very clean.
What could be improved: A few issues. 1) the windows are thin single pane glass meaning all the outside sounds come in especially at night. 2) the master bath toilet doesn’t flush correctly. 3) streaming or regular TV didn’t work well.

"High quality accommodation, warm, clean and very comfortable!"
Excellent location for central London, within 5minutes walk of Baker Street station. Perfectly clean with loads of space easily for 6 or 8 people. Everything was spotless with a well appointed kitchen with 4 toilets and 3 showers. Comfortable beds with plenty of good quality linen and towels provided. Plenty of extra touches too, that made for a very comfortable stay.
What could be improved: Difficult to find anything negative to say really. It did have rather flaky wi-fi, which was annoying. Also the showers were a bit fiddly to get the temperature right. Good communication from the host, but they did leave it until just an hour before arrival to tell us how to gain access.

"Great stay, great host, great location and overall delighted. Will"
The host was great, brilliant communication and keys left in key box and access via a keypad so nice and easy. Even sent access video to make it really clear to find and get access to the property.
The location was excellent, about 5 minute walk to Baker Street tube station (perfect)
The area was busy and lots of food and drink locations. Fast food or nicer restaurants with may different cultures made it easy to have a choice.
