The two-bedroom setup actually works brilliantly for couples or small families. The king bed in the main room is properly comfortable (none of that rock-hard hotel nonsense), and there’s enough space to spread out your clothes without tripping over suitcases. What I really appreciated was the full kitchen — I mean, you can actually cook here if you want to, though honestly, with King’s Road so close, you might not bother much.

Location is great and management is responsive. Property is clean and well-equipped.
What could be improved: Description of property is inaccurate. This is “basement apartment” and not a penthouse. Also, there is actually one functional bedroom. The other “bedroom” is not actually one, hence why you don’t see photos of it. It is an odd-spaced room that looks like a storage with one single sofa bed. The living room has a double sofa bed. The overall sleeping space for all guests was not good. What bothered us mostly was the lack of clear instructions on how to use certain important equipment at the property (Dryer/heating system/locks/extra beddings and towels). We had to guess a little and give up on a lot of things we needed to use for our stay. Additionally, we found the check-in process rather lengthy, intimidating, and frustrating. Example: it was mentioned that any additional bedding/towels (which are available in a closet) will be of additional costs. Considering we were 4 adults + 1 Infant, and the bed and bedding situation was not great, we were very consumed on what to do. I hope the management reconsiders clarifying the property description and providing helpful instructions/information for guests.

"Cute, cosy and chic stay"
Cozy, cute, well curated interior design and decoration. Perfect location to reach the city center.
What could be improved: Not very impressive cleaning: the lighting were dusty. The mattress of the single bed was concave and not very comfortable

"Nice apartment for family weekend stay."
Well equipped, nice and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen, we used it every day for breakfasts and dinners. Enough space for family of five people. Good communication with hosts.
What could be improved: Poor sound isolation, can hear all the street sounds during the night. Lack of windows. WiFi signal was quite poor and TV wasn't set up for any channels.

"Fantastic place to stay"
The apartment is stunning and was ideal for our family stay. There is a bus stop literally outside the front door so despite being a 10-15min walk for a Tube station it is so accessible! It event has aircon!

"The property was above expectation. I would stay there again on a next trip."
We liked everything about the property. It was very clean and neat. We also liked the communication with the staff. It was very responsive.
What could be improved: There was nothing that we did not like actually. More windows would have been great. We could not see outside from our apartment. One window faced a wall and the other one faced the corridor. As we were not much at the property this was not a big problem this time.
