The main room flows nicely into the kitchen area, and honestly, having that full kitchen makes such a difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The whole place has this modern but lived-in feel, like your well-organized friend’s flat rather than a showroom.
Location Perks
Here’s where staying in Hammersmith really works in your favor. You’re a quick walk to both Olympia and Earls Court stations, which puts you on the District line straight into central London. But what I actually loved was having the local Tesco Express two minutes away and some genuinely good pubs nearby — The Crooked Billet does a proper Sunday roast if you’re around on weekends. It’s that sweet spot where you feel like a local but can still reach tourist spots without the hassle.
Daily Life Here
The apartment setup means you can actually live normally, not just survive on hotel breakfast and overpriced room service. I spent mornings making proper coffee in the kitchen and planning the day without feeling rushed to check out. The neighborhood has that calm residential energy during the day, but there’s enough going on that you don’t feel isolated. Plus, street parking is manageable if you’re driving — though honestly, with the transport links, you probably won’t need to.

This neighborhood is ideal for family stays with easy access to shops and restaurants. This is the quietest place we have ever stayed in London while at the same time being a 10 minute walk to 2 different tube stations for a quick ride into the heart of London.

"it was a great value for the money."
It was a cute and very well kept apartment. The bathroom was remodeled and the whole unit was very clean. The surroundings were very quiet. Super easy to navigate to the subway.
What could be improved: The floors were a bit wonky but it’s to be expected in a building that is older. the lobby had an old smell but the apartment didn’t.

"Comfortable and clean apartment with character"
This apartment was very cozy, the living room was like coming home! The bathroom was very clean and the shower was great. The fact that there were two seperate bedrooms gave some privacy. We recommend this apartment very much! Also thank you to our kind host, who was always very responsive and nice. It was also quite close to Westfield, with a large supermarket and a metro station.

"Lovely apartment in an excellent location. Highly recommended."
Such a great little place to stay, really comfortable, lovely and warm on a very cold weekend and a fantastic location. Located on a very quiet, elegant street just 5 minutes walk from Shepherds Bush tube on the Central line, it took less than 20 minutes to get to most attractions. Very comfortable beds, good quality bathroom with an excellent shower, and everything you need in the kitchen. Great hosts, who kept in touch, and provided clear and concise information. An absolute gem of a find, and great value for money- we will def be back.

The location is great! Close to supermarkets and bus stop. At 5min walking the Olympia station is located.
The apartment is very comfortable, the kitchen is complet and bathroom has hairdryer.

"Worthy! Very friendly non-turistic location yet close to the city centre!"
English house style, nice place to rest in the window with blooming cherry tree in front. Good appliances, kitchenware and location! We came here for football but got a stylish experience. My father and father-in-law liked it even though they prefer the boring modern accommodation style.
What could be improved: The towels did not feel fresh.

"It was a pleasant place to stay but there could have been better communication."
It was in a very quiet nice neighbourhood.
What could be improved: We had some problems finding extra bedlinen for the living-room where one of us was supposed to sleep. It would have been easier if there had been a note instead of rummaging all the closets. I tried to call the host but there was no answer.
Another thing, we were asked to take out the rubbish when leaving, but as there were 5 different bins without any signs outside, I'm not sure we used the rights ones. A few instructions would have been helpful.
