"Lovely and well-located property with responsive hosts"
Excellent location, spacious for 7 people. It was clean and well looked after, realistic to the advertising and pictures. Very close and convenient to Old Street station.
What could be improved: Not a major contention as we managed to work around it. One bathroom is en-suite and we had people from the second bedroom next to us coming in after lights out to use the bathroom, as the main bathroom is the floor above where 2 other bedrooms are.

"Beautiful building with excellent facilities."
Extremely attractive and charming building and decor, excellent bathroom facilities and water supply.
What could be improved: It was very noisy outside until late so I did not sleep well on the first floor (second floor bedrooms were much better apparently in terms of soundproofing). One of the sofas was quite uncomfortable.

Nice property. Clean and tidy and had everything you needed
What could be improved: Floors were very noisy and creaky when walked on. The sofa beds were awful and not at all comfy. They also aren’t checked after every stay as when we put one down it was covered in crumbs which was disappointing. Better quality sofa beds is needed. As it’s an old building the main bedroom is very cold and noisy (presume it’s a single pane window). Could also do with an extra bathroom or at least toilet

"Clean and was ok for 1 night, wouldn’t stay again."
The property was clean and presented well.
What could be improved: Single pain windows which made it unmanageable to sleep with all the noise from the traffic and pubs/clubs. No instuctions given to us regarding the heating so we were cold throughout the night, luckily there was plenty of blankets dotted around. Property is a bit tired in places so could do with a bit of a freshen up with new furniture.
