Lots of facilities. Everything working and detailed instructions sent by the host for check-in and house manual.
What could be improved: Location. Far from the main attractions. 12 min walk till the nearest metro station. Metro stations nearby not accessible. no shower kn the ground floor. Showers only available in bathrooms inside other rooms being difficult to access for people sleeping in the living room.

The location was great, the upstairs patio space was fabulous, fans and portable ACs available on all floors and each bedroom had an en-suite. Furnished very well throughout.

The townhouse was beautiful the pictures though good do not do it proper justice! It rained for most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the terrace but it is nicely decorated and welcoming. We did not need the air conditioning due to the cooler temperatures and the rain. There are fans that were available but we only used them at night on the lowest setting. Valerie was great and prompt with responses when we had question. Great area, great townhouse, great stay in London. I would recommend Valerie’s townhouse to anyone and will stay again if traveling to the area.

"Great house, host and location. Can certainly recommend it."
Great house, perfect for our visit to London with family. Very clean and comfortble. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathrooms nice and clean. The hosts were also great to deal with.
What could be improved: As we had booked for 10 persons, we were a bit surprised upon arrival that there was not 10 proper beds. Someone had to sleep on the sofa. It all worked well though and we were very happy there.

My family, my friends and I really were impressed with the flat so much that we did not want to leave and go back home. The host was AMAZING and very accommodating with all of our needs. This experience was definitely much better than staying at a hotel (including a 5 tar hotel! I have stayed at numerous hotels and places around the world, but this one is definitely memorable!
What could be improved: IF I had to pick 1 so-called "what I didn't like", it would be.....NOTHING! EVERYTHING was great...location, flat, etc... My family, friends, and I really and genuinely enjoyed it all.

This Nottinghill house was the perfect townhome to stay with a large group of friends! Our large 9 person group had been talking about spending a long weekend in London and this townhome was the perfect place for this. It was close to the metro and close to the amazing portobello road market. We loved staying at the townhome. It had everything one needs to cook at home and access was easy
