What could be improved: There was no shower gel nor toilet paper and kitchen towel. If ever you checkin in the middle of the night you need to bring your shower gel and toilet paper because you won’t get it there. The room and the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor is very tiny very uncomfortable. There’s a lot of spider thread and the sink in the bathroom is clogged need to wait for the water to drain to be able to continue to use it.

Local transport well accessible, a little further away from the sights in the city centre, yet accessibility was given.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, I cannot give the flat or the communication with the owner a positive rating. After we found the flat very dirty, I immediately contacted the owner and informed him about the heavy soiling throughout the house. I asked if it was possible that the flat had not been cleaned between the previous tenant and myself. The cutlery drawer and upper cupboards were very dirty, the floors sticky and stained and the bathrooms were far from clean. I have attached pictures of this to the review. Judge for yourself. Also, the patio door is difficult to lock with the key. I am afraid of breaking the key off in the lock. I pointed out that we pay for the final cleaning and also therefore expect to move into a clean flat. I asked him to make a suggestion on how he would like to solve the problem. He did not get back to me until we had already left. He asked me for photos. I sent him some pictures and asked him to get back to me. Even after another reminder, he has not done so. I expect a refund of the final cleaning fee. Therefore, I cannot recommend the flat, even advise against renting it.

Nothing we made a compliant about the home. It’s was unliveable and we had to leave. Full prof sent to bookings via mail
What could be improved: It’s was very dirty, cobwebs everywhere. The sinks had food stains and the house had an unpleasant smell. The fridge wasn’t cleaned. Duvet had stains. When we first made the complaint the agent was acting suspicious and came off the phone. When we told him the property isn’t as the picture he said the pictures on bookings are old and he hasn’t been to check.

La terraza, lavadora, edredones i toallas. Bastante amplio. Calefacción y agua caliente. El wifi funcionaba bien. Ubicación cerca de transporte público, sitios para comer y supermercados. Television con plataformas digitales, fácil de usar.
What could be improved: No había una buena limpieza, no había mesa grande para comer ni suficientes utensilios de cocina y limpieza. Mala distribución del inmobiliario de los baños. A la minima que cocinabas algo con humo saltaba la alarma. Las puertas no tenían pomo y no podías cerrar las puertas. No había cortina de ducha y a consecuencia se mojaba todo el suelo. La luz del baño de arriba puede resultar peligrosa a causa de su mala instalación. Poca comunicación por no decir nula por parte del casero.
