A wonderful place with wonderful hosts ❤️. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality and the wonderful, cozy apartments in a quiet, cozy area. No problems with check-in; the host even provided extra pillows at our request. The bed was comfortable for two. Everything was great. What could be improved: The apartment is truly comfortable and cozy . Almost everything you need is included, including a washing machine, toaster, and microwave. Shower gel, dishwashing liquid, salt, and sugar were even kindly provided. I only have three minor complaints. 1 - It would be nice to clean the ventilation in the bathroom - it's really dirty and ruins the good impression of cleanliness. 2 - Please make sure the carpet is cleaned better - we found hair from the previous tenants upon arrival. 3 - It's a bit cramped for two, but still comfortable overall. 4 - It's a bit far from central London. Be prepared for an hour and 20 minutes to get to Waterloo, but if your priority is a place that has absolutely everything you need at an affordable price, then this is an ideal option no matter what.

The gentleman who met me there and attended throughout the stay was courteous and kind - fully on point.. Apartment was modern, clean and fully loaded to make it home away from home. Fantastic for me as solo traveller on two week stay. The location was great -. easy parking + highly accessible to grocery and local shops and connection to trains to central London

Someone was there to let me in, everything in the apartment was spotlessly clean, the street was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. You can park on a shared drive or on the street depending on availability. Owner was helpful with ensuring I had access to park on shared drive.

The room and location was great. The facilities were really useful and I got a lot of privacy as well. Having the washing machine and cooking equipment was very handy. And the cleaner coming in was really good as well. And I could get packages delivered when needed.
What could be improved: Maybe the issue with the shower not draining and causing the security alarm to go off could have been fixed early on.
