"Great riverside location with everything we needed."
This is on a large housing estate which felt very secure and plenty of people about, it felt friendly and safe. Theres a lift which was needed for us, as we had lots of bags. We were able to bring our little dog and walk her round the grounds and along the river which is just across the road. Albert Bridge was so pretty at night. There’s a COOP supermarket close by which stays open late, which was helpful. The apartment had what we needed as a place to sleep, it is basic, but pricing fit my budget and I thought it was good for a London location. There are plenty of places to eat within about a 10 minute walk, we used the oven and the washing machine while we were there, everything we used worked just fine.
What could be improved: The nearest tube was a good 15-20 minute walk, so we decided to use Uber for convenience into the West End. I think the last person to stay must have been a smoker, it could have done with a good airing.

"Very good"
The location was great, just by the river with shops and restaurants near by. The flat was clean, quite spacious and the lift worked fine.
What could be improved: The walk to get the key makes arrival and departure a little more complicated, but there is a little play park to amuse families while they wait with luggage. Would benefit from bed side lights and a new kettle (filament rusty)

"Great value for money"
The property is very spacious. The lounge and the bed are very comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. It really is great value for money. Zee is friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: It’s quite a distance from the nearest tube station, but if you understand the bus routes it would be less of a problem to you.

"Comforts of home"
It has all the comfort of a hone away from home, with condiments for cooking available for use. The hosts Dani & Zee are superb. Loved the hospitality extended to meet our requests for more clothes hangers. Not to mention, Zee also dropped by to resolve our WiFi connection problems. Thanks, Zee.

Every thing; location, design and space of the apartment, walk away around the apartment, safety and security in the flat. Everything was amazing with exclusive space for my family.

"Overall good but collecting and returning key is a hassle"
Spacious flat, comfortable, good price, location is good near Battersea park which is fab. Pictures don't do the bedrooms justice, they were much nicer in person. Constant hot water was amazing and good pressure in shower. Very quiet and slept well!
What could be improved: The apartment is not accessible at all for any one with additional needs or unable to climb multiple flights of stairs as the lift was broken to our floor the entire time and on our second day the other lift was broken.. states in booking wheel chair accessible this is untrue as there was no working lifts and huge step/lip into apartment. Collecting and returning the key is a major inconvienvce which isn't expained beforehand. You need to walk 15 mins to a 24 hour shop to collect and return the keys- shop keeper was very unhelpful and neither the host or shop keeper explained what the additional fobs on the keys were for. Toiletries were reported as free and included in the booking which were not there on arrival. No dish cloth or tea towels available to wash and dry dishes-very impractical when host knows you are planning to stay two nights, we bought our own. Lots of patches of sticky brown substance on hallway floor looked liked a iron burn on first glance but on closer inspection was weird sticky substance which we cleaned so very clear floors are not washed inbetween people staying. Nothing to do with the host, but lots of people smoking weed and urinating in the stairwells so wouldnt recommend a group of young girls staying. Having a furry bath mat in the toilet is very unhygienc. No recycling bin in the year of 2025!!!

The information booklet was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for 4 guests. Comfortable.
What could be improved: Collection and return of key 15-20 minutes off site. Distance to tube station. Crumbs in the couch. Placement of wardrobe in one bedroom blocking radiator. I moved it so heat could radiate into room.

"Geräumige Wohnung für mehrtägigen London- Trip"
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem Hochhauskomplex in Chelsea in einer guten Gegend nahe der Themse im 3. OG. Direkt in der Nähe ist ein COOP, um Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Bushaltestellen sind auch in direkter Nähe sowie ein schöner Pub in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Bad und Toilette getrennt und 2 Schlafzimmern mit 2 Doppelbetten.
What could be improved: Ein wenig umständlich ist, dass man die Schlüssel zur Wohnung in einem 24- Stunden-Shop abholen muss, der in ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Somit muss man mit dem Gepäck am Tag der Ankunft und Abreise diese Strecke hin und her laufen. Ist aber ok.

La situación en el barrio Chelsea con todas las tiendas y supermercados cerca. La calefacción buena, las camas y limpieza bien.
What could be improved: Falta de cubiertos, sólo 3 tenedores y dos cucharillas. Tuvimos que ir a recoger y dejar las llaves a 15 minutos andando con el trastorno de ir con las maletas
