New! Fantastic 1 Bedroom Flat SW6 near Central London sits on a quiet residential street in Fulham, and honestly, that’s exactly what you want after a day of London sightseeing. The building itself is typical Victorian terrace — nothing flashy from the outside, but that’s sort of the charm. You’re staying in a proper London neighborhood rather than some sterile hotel district, which I actually prefer.
The Space
This four-star apartment feels much more spacious than you’d expect for London standards. The bedroom is genuinely comfortable — I mean, you can actually walk around the bed without doing that sideways shuffle thing. The living area connects nicely to a compact but well-equipped kitchen, and you know what, having your morning coffee without hunting for a café is pretty brilliant when you’re jet-lagged.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s the thing about Fulham — it’s residential enough to feel authentic but still well-connected. The nearest Tube station is about a 10-minute walk, which sounds annoying until you realize you’re paying half what you’d spend in Covent Garden. Plus, there’s something nice about walking through actual London streets with corner pubs and local shops rather than tourist central.
What Works Well
The flat comes with all those little details that matter when you’re staying more than a couple nights. Good WiFi (tested it for work calls), decent water pressure in the shower, and enough room to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The host clearly thought about practical things — there are extra towels, basic groceries to get you started, and the heating actually works properly.

James’ flat was a fantastic place to stay in a great location. James was responsive and helpful and provided all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and well equipped. No doubt we would stay here again when we return to London!

Perfect location for the train! The apartment was modern and very clean. Owners were very nice and easy to contact!
What could be improved: Due to the heat wave and using both rooms I wish there was multiple fans provided.

Absolutely everything.
James was very kind and answered any of our questions.
The apartment was exceptional and very well equipped.
The location was perfect also, there were many restaurants around, a supermarket, great bus lines, but also the tube station.
We could not ask for more.
What could be improved: It was absolutely NOT an issue for us at all but there is the equivalent of around 3 floors to climb up to reach the apartment which can be problematic for families with babies/toddlers or limited mobility.

"Wonderfully comfortable home away from home in the heart of Fulham"
Wonderful apartment. All mod cons, warm and cosy, great natural light and lots of sky/city views. Lovely little touches (washing machine and detergent, tea and coffee etc). Modern well equipped kitchen and bathroom with bath and great water pressure/temperature. Location is awesome; minutes from the tube and plenty of shops and restaurants and pubs nearby. The hosts are lovely and helpful and very welcoming. Can’t wait to stay again sometime!
What could be improved: It’s at the top of a period townhouse so a few stairs! Fine for me but my wife wasn’t well when we stayed. Can’t be helped and not a reason to avoid in itself.

The apartment was very clean and it had anything we wanted. Very close to a metro and bus station in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. James and Lisa were very helpful. We really recommend it to anyone visiting London.

"Exceptional"
The flat was in a perfect location, great host, clean & huge. Accessible to tube and bus making it an easy commute to the rest of the city. Stayed with 4 people total and was a perfect size.

"We absolutely loved the apartment. Will recommend to friends."
We stayed here in the 1st week of September. James met us at the door and helped with our bags and showed us the facilities. The apartment was large, modern, clean, bed was comfortable. We stayed 3 nights following a week in Scotland. We absolutely loved the washing machine and dryer!! The location was very important to us as it was close to the Underground, which we used every day.
What could be improved: This is NOT a criticism - Our room was on the top floor and we had to navigate the stairs. I should have checked with James at booking time. It was only tricky bringing luggage up the stairs at arrival. If you have mobility issues, check before booking.
