But you’re also close enough to Paddington Station that getting anywhere else in London — or catching the Heathrow Express — is dead simple. The street itself stays pretty quiet at night, which you’ll appreciate after dealing with London’s daytime chaos.
Practical Details
The two bedrooms actually work well whether you’re traveling with family or splitting costs with friends — I’ve seen too many “2-bedroom” places where one room is basically a closet, but that’s not the case here. The Wi-Fi holds up fine for video calls back home, and there’s decent water pressure in the shower (small victories, right?). You won’t find a concierge or room service, but honestly, that’s part of what keeps the price reasonable for this area.

"Location, Spaces and Comfortable"
At first I was worried to book this property because is only 1 review. However, the risk that I take meet everything from my expectations. We are family of 4. The apartment was good enough size for us. The place is clean and equipped with any travelers need. Master bedroom and the toilet is big. They provide good number of towels too.
Underground Train Station : 2 minutes walk to Bayswater and 3 minutes walk to Queensway stations
Groceries: 2 minutes walk to Tesco Express and 2 other local supermarkets
Food: A lot of Halal food options ( Indian, Brazilian, English, Malaysian, Pakistani, Arabs Food) Non- halal ( Italian, Chinese and many more)
Communication with City Relay Company - they answer any questions in the short time period and always check on you time to time.
Check in - agent representatives meeting you at the apartment on time
Check out - you need to drop the key in their agent shop
Overall we had a good and comfortable stay
What could be improved: We noticed after certain time, the elevator is not working. Almost everyday after 4pm

What could be improved: Keine Vorhänge zum Verdunkeln, wenig Küchenausstattung (Teller, Besteck, große Töpfe, Pfanne.
Aufzug defekt, Ersatzaufzug hing die meiste Zeit in einem Stock fest.
Größere Doppelbetten.

"Výborná lokalita, čistý apartmán"
Vynikajúca lokalita, hneď pod nami bol Starbucks, 2 min stanica metra, ulica plná reštaurácií - ázijské bistrá, puby, pizzerie, mnoho obchodov, Tesco Express. 3 min od ubytovania vchod do Hyde Parku, autobusová zastávka. Napriek tomu večer bol v ulici vždy pokoj, dokonca ani v sobotu, keď zvykne byť na uliciach hluk z pubov, do bytu nebolo počuť žiaden hluk. Apartmán je pekne zrekonštruovaný v staršom dome. Priestory čisté, vkusne zariadené. Komunikácia s ubytovateľom vynikajúca. Vo všetkom nám vyšli v ústrety - keďže nebol možný skorý check-in - mohli sme si v byte aspoň o 12:00 nechať kufre, ísť na výlety po meste - a ubytovali sme sa neskôr. TV s Netflix, youtube, mohlo byť viac TV programov.
What could be improved: V zásade všetko bolo OK, uvítali by sme viac sklenených pohárov na vodu (boli len 3 - a hostia sme boli 4) a lepšie dodatočné vybavenie kuchyne (napr. cedidlo na cestoviny, misky, aspoň 1 teflónová panvica). Hrnce boli 3 malé, z toho len 2 hrnce mali pokrievky. Ak sme chceli uvariť cestoviny, spaghetti pre 4 osoby - nebolo to možné, museli sme v 2 malých mini hrncoch súbežne, čo bolo nepraktické a smiešne. Pre ubytovaných hostí, ktorí nevaria alebo sú len 1-2 - toto môže byť irelevantné, no ak ste 4 hostia na dlhšom pobyte - a chcete si aspoň občas uvariť jednoduché spaghetti - je to problém. Jeden dodatočný nákup riadu v IKEA za 60 EUR - a je problém vyriešený.
Odporúčam dávať pozor v kúpeľni na pohyblivú sklenenú zástenu pri vani - najmä ak máte deti, alebo ste starší ľudia. Neopierať sa o ňu.
Matrace na posteli na náš vkus veľmi mäkké, ale to je vec názoru, niekomu by boli možno výborné.
