First Impressions
Mayfair Loft Apartment! sits right on Adam’s Row, and honestly, the location caught me off guard — in the best way possible. You’re tucked into one of London’s most exclusive neighborhoods, but it feels refreshingly residential rather than touristy. The building itself has that understated British elegance thing going on, though the four-star property doesn’t shout about it.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s what I mean about the location being special — you’re literally steps from Bond Street station, which makes getting around ridiculously easy. But more importantly, you’re in proper Mayfair, where locals actually live and work. I found myself wandering down to Mount Street for coffee in the mornings, and the whole area has this lived-in feel that most hotel districts just don’t have.
The Space
The apartment setup is what really sets this place apart from your typical hotel experience. You get a proper living space with a functioning kitchen — and I actually used it, which says something since I’m usually too lazy to cook while traveling. The room layout feels thoughtfully designed, not like someone just crammed furniture into a space and called it a day.
What Works
The 7.9 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here — it’s good, sometimes very good, but not flawless. Parking can be tricky in this part of Westminster Borough (honestly, what did you expect in central London?), but the trade-off is worth it. You’re walking distance from everything that matters — Oxford Street if you must, but also the quieter side streets where you’ll find those little discoveries that make a trip memorable.
Why Guests Love It
What I keep coming back to is how this place lets you live in London rather than just visit it. You can grab groceries at the local shops, make your own breakfast, and feel like you belong in the neighborhood. It’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Mayfair — there are plenty of those — but it gives you something more valuable: a genuine sense of place in one of the world’s great cities.

"Very good"
The decor, loft layout, chic and
spacious rooms and overall ambiance was awesome. It is also located in an area that is very safe.
What could be improved: Stairs....very dangerous inside without guard rails and very narrow. We had heavy suitcases so not ideal for folks with large luggages.

"Practical and pragmatic quirky apartment in a great location that worked for us and we mucked in..."
Location in Mayfair was great. We need a place for 3-4 adult family members and it was good for that. It was quirky (good), but the bed setup was odd, with bonus beds being in a tight loft, but we made it work. Kitchen and other facilities brilliant. Bed comfort was acceptable, but not excellent.
What could be improved: The bathroom in the downstairs bedroom was dirty, with hairs and dirt still in the shower and on the floor. I gave it all a rinse over to get rid of that. It had character but the overall bed situation wasn't really for 4 people. The master bed and bath were good.

"Very comfortable and pleasant stay in London."
The amenity and location of the apartment were wonderful. It felt like home away from home.
What could be improved: The hot water tended to run cold, and the water pressure left abit to be desired, but we have found this in London generally compared to what we are used to.

"Great place for a family of 4 (2 teenagers aged 10&12) in a very pretty part of London, it provided us with a wonder"
The location is so central and close to everything, the apartment had plenty of space for a family of 4! The coffee machine was a treat!
What could be improved: Some things not working properly like the fridge/dishwasher was not working when we first checked in, the main bathroom shower was not functioning properly

"Superb"
Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die zentrale Lage. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Mayfair, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Geschäfte, Theater und Museen sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und uns über die zahlreichen Kaffeekapseln gefreut. Die Betten waren bequem und wir haben gut geschlafen, allerdings wäre im Schlafzimmer ein etwas größeres Doppelbett angenehm gewesen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über steile enge Treppen, was uns jedoch nicht gestört hat, wir haben den großen Koffer einfach zusammen nach oben getragen.
What could be improved: Leider hatte die Regendusche bei unserem Besuch einen so schwachen Strahl, dass wir nur die Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer nutzen konnten.

"Very good"
Posizione assolutamente centrale a due passi dalla zona shopping di Oxford e Regent street
Ma tutti i servizi (metro, bus, supermarket, ecc) ad almeno 10-15 minuti di distanza.
L'alloggio è molto pulito, spazioso e con ogni comfort. I letti sono comodi e l'host fornisce capsule per l'espresso in grande quantità e tutti i detersivi sono a disposizione.
Per accedere all'appartamento c'è una scala esterna molto ripida e stretta, e anche all'interno bisogna salire una rampa molto stretta: se non siete "sportivi" o avete bambini molto piccoli lo sconsiglio
Se volete effettuare un checkin prima dell'orario stabilito e lasciare i bagagli, chiedono 25 sterline in più.

"Good"
Расположение рядом с центром Mayfer . Но во круг мусорные баки и задний въезд на стоянку отеля прям перед входом в дверь , все время много водителей , шумно , у входа стоят и общаются до глубокой ночи . Не приятный вход . Грязно . Очень Крутая лестница на верх в апартаменты , не где не было отмечено в описание . У нас было 4 чемодана , и мы их тянули на верх по очень крутой лестнице. Девушки/женьшины /пожелые люди жить в таких апартаментах не смогут они просто не поднимут свой багаж на верх . Мы съехали через три ночи при том что оплатили за шесть ночей , сообщили сразу же по приезду , хозяин ответил не быстро , что готов вернуть оплату если букинг это подтвердит . Мы писали в службу поддержки букинга но ответ так и не получили и оплату за три ночи нам не кто не вернул , в целом я не советую выбирать этот объект.
What could be improved: Почти все не понравилось . Она не соответствует своим фото , очень маленькая , там полноценные две кровати хотя написано что вмещает 6 чел и три спальни . Нас было 4 чел двое взрослых и двое подростков. И она была маленькая .

What could be improved: Girişteki dar ve çok sayıdaki merdiven belirtilmemis. Alt katta ısıtıcı çalısmıyor, evde sıcak su yok duşta(!), belirtilen internet yok

"Die Wohnung ist viel zu teuer, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt bei weitem nicht."
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, vieles ist von dort aus zu Fuss erreichbar.
What could be improved: Zusatzgebühren für die Gepäckaufbewahrung. Sehr steile Treppen, was nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt wird. Sehr schmutzige Teppiche auf den Treppen. Die Verdunkelung an den Dachfenstern war defekt und wurde während unserem Aufenhalt nicht geflickt. In der Wohnung mit 5 Schlafplätzen hatte es nur 2 Weingläser; nach Reklamation wurden weitere Gläser geliefert - jedoch die Verdunkelungs-Store wurde nicht geflickt.
