Luxury West London Apartment – 12 Mins to Central London
First Impressions
The Luxury West London Apartment – 12 Mins to Central London caught me off guard in the best possible way. I’ll be honest — when I first saw Greenford in the address, I wasn’t expecting much. It’s one of those West London areas that doesn’t make it onto many tourist maps, but that’s exactly what makes this place special. The building itself sits quietly on a residential street, and you’d walk right past it without knowing there’s this gorgeous apartment tucked inside.
The Space Itself
Walking into the room, I immediately understood why they use the word “luxury” in the name. The owners have clearly put thought into every detail — from the plush furnishings to the way natural light floods through those oversized windows. The kitchen is what really sold me though; it’s fully equipped with everything you’d actually want to use, not just the bare minimum you usually get in short-term rentals. I mean, there’s even proper glassware and decent coffee equipment.
Getting Around
Here’s what I love about the location — yes, you’re twelve minutes from central London by train, but more importantly, you’re in a real London neighborhood. The Greenford station is a pleasant walk away, and honestly, the Central line connection means you can reach Oxford Circus faster than from some “central” hotels I’ve stayed at. Plus, there’s actually decent parking if you’re driving, which is practically impossible to find in Zone 1.
The Neighborhood Experience
Greenford isn’t trying to be trendy, and that’s refreshing. There’s a proper local pub around the corner where you’ll hear more accents than just tourist chatter, and the nearby Betham Park is perfect for morning runs. The area has this authentic West London feel — you know, the kind of place where actual Londoners live and work. I found myself grabbing coffee from the local café each morning instead of rushing straight into the city center.
Why Guests Love It
This unique boutique hotel without official star rating operates more like a high-end serviced apartment, which gives you the best of both worlds. You get the independence of having your own space — complete with that fantastic kitchen I mentioned — but with the attention to detail you’d expect from a boutique property. The value here is incredible when you consider what you’d pay for similar quality closer to central London. After three nights, I actually felt like I was staying in a friend’s beautifully appointed flat rather than just another hotel room.
You'll need to let the property know in advance what time you'll arrive.
