"Very nice and comfortable flat"
The location was super close to tube, and it is very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. The host responds quickly to our query and let us check in early.
What could be improved: The sofa is old and the throw pillow in it smells bad. The wifi slow down at night and there is one instance that it was gone for a few minutes.

"It’s a pleasant flat and well located but I would not stay there again until the lock and blinds were fixed or changed"
Good location by the river and train station. Useful appliances including Sky TV. Comfortable couches.
What could be improved: The lock was incredibly difficult to use, leading to being locked in and locked out of the property numerous times. This was stressful and very unsafe. Also, the blinds were very thin and had missing slats in the main bedroom, making it very difficult to sleep.

"It was a wonderful comfortable appartment very central. The only problem was the hot water."
It was in a very good location. We had Vauxhall underground right at our main door. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. WE had a lovely view of the city.
What could be improved: The only thing we didnt like was the hot water. We had a problem and couldnt use the waster when we wanted as we had to wait for it to heaut up. I send a message complaining about this situation, were promised someone will call us to solve the problem and nobody did.

This property was near all transport both train and ferry. A short walk over the bridge to the Tate Gallery and a bit further to Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament. It is a two bedroom apartment with two baths but for two couples the second bedroom was really tight. obviously no problem for a family with two children. It was on about the 6th floor but had lifts so no problem there. Also a choice of restaurants and food stores all close by. so well located overall. It was one of those properties that requires a bond but this did not cause a problem. It would be a great property for a couple visiting London.

Great location close to station, underground and bus depot. Ideally situated for food and drinks with great views of the London skyline.
What could be improved: Small issue with the en-suite (dreadful smell but it was very warm whilst we were there) this wasn’t an issue though as we just used the main bathroom.
