Overview
First Impressions
Honestly, when I first booked the Luxury Designer Apartment River view of Parliament Westminster Big Ben, I wasn’t sure what to expect from an apartment rental in this price range. But stepping into this four-star place on Albert Embankment — well, it’s one of those moments where you immediately know you made the right choice. The views hit you straight away, and I mean, you’re literally looking at Big Ben from your living room window.
Location Perfection
The location is actually brilliant in ways you don’t realize until you’re there. Sure, everyone talks about being near Westminster, but what they don’t mention is how quiet Albert Embankment gets in the evenings despite being in the heart of London. You’re a two-minute walk to Lambeth North tube station, and honestly, crossing Westminster Bridge on foot to get to Parliament never gets old. The Thames Path runs right outside, which means morning runs with postcard views — if you’re into that sort of thing.
The Space Itself
Inside, this apartment feels way more spacious than typical London accommodations. The designer clearly knew what they were doing — floor-to-ceiling windows maximize those river views, and the kitchen is actually functional (not always a given in London rentals). I spent more time than I’d care to admit just sitting by the windows watching the light change on Big Ben throughout the day. The furnishings strike that perfect balance between stylish and comfortable, which you know isn’t easy to pull off.
Practical Considerations
Look, staying in an apartment means you’re handling things yourself, but the building management is responsive when you need them. The Wi-Fi is solid — important if you’re mixing business with pleasure — and having a washing machine means you can pack lighter. Parking isn’t included, but honestly, you don’t need a car here. The grocery stores nearby (there’s a Tesco Express literally around the corner) make self-catering pretty straightforward if you want to save money or just enjoy breakfast with that view.
Why Guests Love It
What really sets this place apart is how it makes you feel like a Londoner rather than just another tourist. You’re not in some anonymous hotel corridor — you’re in a proper home that happens to have one of the best views in the city. That 9.4 rating makes sense when you experience it firsthand. The photos don’t lie, but they also don’t capture how special it feels to have your morning coffee while Big Ben chimes right outside your window. For the money, especially considering you get a full apartment in this location, it’s actually quite reasonable for what London typically costs.

"Beautiful apartment with amazing view! Would definitely stay here again if in London"
Everything you could want in a stunning apartment with spectacular views of the Thames River and Parliament buildings. Unit has 2 full baths, three bedrooms, a clothes washer and dryer combination for small loads, full kitchen with dishwasher, too. Immaculate and well appointed apartment in a great location. Grocery stores, restaurants, Metro all nearby. Very secure building with a concierge on site. Would definitely want to stay here again when in London! Host was lovely and greeted us upon our arrival.
What could be improved: Nothing! Beautiful apartment! Would definitely hope to stay here again when next in London!

"You can’t beat this location in a modern and clean apartment."
Location is fantastic, views are beautiful (Parliament, Big Ben, Thames River. Kitchen is well stocked with modern appliances. Bathrooms are newly renovated. You can tell the owner has pride in property-wallpaper in bathrooms was stunning. Having a washer and dryer was so helpful. Tiffany met us at the property promptly and showed us around.
What could be improved: Perhaps consider making the access digital so an actual key is not required.
While tastefully decorated, there are some non functional furniture pieces that make the property a bit cluttered, such as a large red sofa in the entry-when transporting suitcases it gets in the way.
Primary bathroom shower is very small.
The primary bedroom is not private from the common space-it is just a folding screen to separate from the family room so it is not 3 private bedrooms but 2 private bedrooms.

Tiffany the host could not have been more helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make our check in as smooth as possible. Excellent accommodations with everything you could possibly need.
Very safe and wonderful area to stay in with many attractions within walking distance.

"Excellent family apartment for us and would definitely stay again. It felt like home."
Great location for us. Amazing view and able to watch the D Day flyover from the window. Easy walk to Big Ben along the Seine. Clean and tidy.
What could be improved: Slightly too much furniture especially unnecessary couch in foyer blocking a door.
Would highly recommend adding a clothes airer rack for those who don’t like to use dryer.

"Fabulous."
A stunning view. A stunningly done apartment. A stunning location. Lambeth Castle is next door, and South Bank within walking distance. You couldn't ask for more.
What could be improved: - the nearest tube (Lambeth North) a little bit of a walk (12 mins), but not too bad.
- a one-hour window to collect the keys, but also, considering what you're getting, not bad at all.

"A Grand and Unique View, Beautiful and Inspired Interiors, Designer Furnishings, Very Comfortable."
VIEW : This apartment is true to its description. It has a grand view of Thames, Lambeth Bride and the Parliament. You walk out of the building, cross the road and you are on the Lambeth Bride over Thames. In five minutes you are in City Of Westminster. And further, 20-25 minutes' walk along the rich Strand takes you to Trafalgar Square. Could not ask for more. Was right in the heart of London. INTERIORS : Again true to description, it has genuine designer interiors and very comfortable. Every object in the apartment reflects taste and finesse. Toilets of big size, well equipped had superb wallpaper, loved them. At 112 Sq Meter, the apartment offered us each, enough private space, we were three adults.
APPLIANCES : all the important appliances are there in the apartment including air cooling. Yet, I do not think it is equipped for serious cooking. We were not going to cook big, so it worked for us.
LAMBETH Garden Cafe : Right across the radial road is the Lambeth Palace and Cafe that the lovely hostess kindly pointed to us on the day of our arrival. We had a few good meals and coffee there.
The two Tube Stations are 12 and 15 minutes' walk respectively.
The apartment did a great deal to make our London trip special for us. We feel blessed to have stayed here. Should I return to London, this is the first place I will seek to stay in.
What could be improved: A Tiny Niggle - could have done with more spoons.
