The building feels residential rather than hotel-like, which I actually found refreshing after staying in cramped hotel rooms around the city.

The Space & Setup

You’re getting two proper bedrooms here, plus a living area that actually functions as a living area — not just a corner with a chair thrown in. The kitchen is fully equipped, and I mean properly equipped, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation. When you’re paying London prices for meals, being able to cook breakfast or grab snacks from Harrods food hall next door becomes a real money-saver. The views toward Harrods and the London skyline aren’t floor-to-ceiling dramatic, but they’re pleasant enough and remind you where you are.

Location & Neighborhood

Hans Crescent puts you literally steps from Harrods — I’m talking a 30-second walk. Knightsbridge tube station is right there too, so getting around is straightforward. What I didn’t expect was how quiet it actually gets in the evenings, considering you’re in such a busy area. The neighborhood has that proper London residential feel once you step off the main Brompton Road, with those classic white townhouses and tree-lined streets that make you feel like you’re in a movie.

Practical Matters

The building doesn’t have a concierge or daily housekeeping — you’re basically renting someone’s well-appointed flat. The wifi works fine, there’s parking available if you’re brave enough to drive in central London, and the building feels secure. I appreciated having a proper washing machine, which sounds mundane but becomes essential when you’re staying for a week or more. The nearest grocery stores are Harrods food hall (expensive but convenient) or there’s a Tesco Metro about a 10-minute walk toward South Kensington.

"The perfect spot"
super comfortable beds, the perfect spot for a lay over before heading home. The location is very good for shopping and Hannah recommended an excellent restaurant where we met with friends for dinner. The property was very well appointed and welcoming. Would definitely rebook on our next trip to London.

What a terrific stay , right in the heart of Knightsbridge with Harrods on our doorstep, literally 10 seconds away . The Porter was very friendly and we felt incredibly secure . A well appointed apartment with everything we needed . Lovely furnishings and decor , very comfy beds and balcony just like the photographs. A Home from Home. The team were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property and we have already booked again for next year
