Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked up to Luxury 3 Bedroom Prime Marylebone Apartment, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a four-star serviced apartment on Paddington Street. The Georgian façade blends seamlessly into the neighborhood — no flashy hotel signage, just elegant London townhouse architecture that whispers rather than shouts. You’ll walk past it if you’re not paying attention, which is actually part of its charm.
Location & Neighborhood
Marylebone is one of those London neighborhoods that locals love but tourists often miss, and this spot puts you right in the thick of it. You’re literally a two-minute walk from the independent shops on Marylebone High Street — I mean, you can grab morning coffee from Daunt Books or browse the farmers market on Sundays without even thinking about transport. The Wallace Collection is around the corner if you’re into art, and Baker Street tube station is close enough that getting anywhere in London becomes effortless.
The Space
The three-bedroom setup works brilliantly for families or groups who actually want to spend time together. Each room feels generous — not cramped like so many London accommodations — and the main living area has this lovely sense of space that’s rare in central London properties. The kitchen is properly equipped too, not just a token gesture with a mini-fridge and kettle.
What Makes It Special
What struck me most was how it feels like staying in someone’s well-appointed home rather than a sterile hotel apartment. The furnishings are thoughtful — good quality without being precious — and there’s actually decent storage space for longer stays. The building itself is quiet despite being on a fairly busy street, and the staff (when you need them) know the area well enough to give you proper local recommendations beyond the obvious tourist spots.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really works here? It’s the combination of space, location, and that residential feel that makes London feel manageable rather than overwhelming. Families love having room to spread out after long days of sightseeing, and the Marylebone location means you can walk to Oxford Street for shopping but retreat to something that feels genuinely local. The rating of 8.1 makes sense — it’s not perfect, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises.

"Good location but be aware of steep stairs three floors up."
Good location, comfortable beds, quiet. It’s a long walk to the major sites so don’t forget to use the tube. We enjoyed the walk the first day through Marleybone though.
What could be improved: Stairs were steep, narrow and hard with luggage. Nice enough but not really a luxury apartment. Fans would be helpful on warm nights.

"Very good"
Very beautiful and spacious, in a great location
What could be improved: So many stairs it was a headache getting up but otherwise really really nice

"Family of 5 enjoyed our stay, Nice, clean apartment in great location."
Great communication from host, check-in instructions were clear and very easy to check in. Clean, sunny.
What could be improved: The kitchen was clean and modern although kitchen supplies were a bit sparse. There were 3 or 4 flights of stairs to reach living space, not an issue for us although may not be suitable for those with difficulty climbing starts.

"Great location for exploring London. Great place for a friend group."
Keypad entry to building and lock box to collect key. Watsapp message received with video and instructions. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage.
What could be improved: Smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining apartments. Shower over bath seemed to flood the floor.

"The host was accommodating to let us in the morning as we arrived a day late. The flat was in a quiet location with conv"
Great location, easy access to Baker Street Tube
What could be improved: Lots of stairs. The enclosure at the tub does not contain water from the overhead shower very well.

"Great central Marylebone apartment. Ideal for 5 people."
Great location, clean, tidy and comfortable apartment close to Marylebone station and Marylebone High Street with all the lovely bars, cafes and shops!
The apartment layout was great, the rooms were all lovely with comfortable beds, gorgeous pillows, duvets and clean white linens. The bathrooms were excellent. The apartment is clean and clearly recently renovated. The communications with the owners was responsive and good.
What could be improved: The view isn't great from the bedrooms, no view except for a wall, but it is central London and the location is otherwise perfect! The third bedroom has a double bed, but it is a very small room for two people. We had a party of six so we used this room for one and had the sixth person sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
No tea towels in the kitchen.
A pint of milk would be a nice touch since coffee was available.
