"The apartment was clean and comfortable.Neither of us think it was a luxury property. Neither of us feel"

What could be improved: The booking process . I was required to send photo of passport or driving license, and copy if my bank card. I was also stuck between booking.com system and Bloomsom . The fact that the key was hanging in a box , on a lamp post, as it could have been cut and removed at any point prior to our arrival … this would mean no key . Also 2 keys would have been helpful
