Overview

First Impressions

The Luxury 3-Bed Flat – 1 min from Baker Street Station sits right on that famous stretch of Baker Street — you know, the Sherlock Holmes one. I mean, you’re literally steps away from the Tube station, which honestly makes getting anywhere in London ridiculously easy. The building itself has that classic Victorian facade that blends right into the neighborhood, nothing flashy but definitely solid.

The Space

This four-star apartment feels more like staying at a well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel. The three bedrooms are actually spacious — something you can’t always count on in London — and there’s a proper living area where you can spread out. The kitchen is fully kitted out, which is great if you want to grab groceries from the Waitrose down the street instead of eating out every meal.

Location Perks

Here’s what I really appreciated: you’re on Baker Street but not in the touristy chaos. Walk two minutes south and you hit Oxford Street’s shopping madness, but step out the front door and it’s surprisingly calm. The Wallace Collection is practically next door if you’re into art, and Regent’s Park is a pleasant ten-minute stroll when you need some green space.

Getting Around

That one-minute claim to Baker Street station? It’s actually accurate. I timed it — 47 seconds from the front door to the platform entrance. You’ve got the Circle, Hammersmith & City, Metropolitan, and Bakerloo lines right there, so honestly, nowhere in central London feels far away. Bond Street shopping is two stops, King’s Cross is direct on the Metropolitan line, and even getting to Heathrow is straightforward.

Why Guests Love It

The room setup works really well for families or groups who want their own space but don’t want to sacrifice location. You get that residential feel — neighbors walking their dogs, local pubs that aren’t tourist traps, actual Londoners going about their day. The parking situation is typical London (meaning difficult), but with the Tube connection, you really don’t need a car anyway.

"Superb"
Great location. All we required in the apartment. Roomy. Clean. Great shower facilities and kitchen facilities. The area was fairly quiet considering the location and the apartment felt secure
What could be improved: Communal areas to apartment shabby. But it is shared by local residents we were informed. Curtains need hanging properly. A small detail which doesn't affect the overall stay but they were coming off the tracks and didn't shut properly.

"Overall a great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful city of London."
The flat was spacious and had ample room for 6 ladies. Had a washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Updated amenities.
What could be improved: It had lots of stairs getting up to the flat, but there is a tiny elevator to help with luggage. There were a few things within the apartment needing to be fixed.

"Enormous apartment in an amazing location. Fantastic value for money. Highly recommended."
Fantastic location. The apartment is huge and can easily and comfortably sleep more than 10 people. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay.
What could be improved: The lift is very small which is not great if you are claustrophobic or in a wheelchair. There are a few small steps between rooms due to uneven floor which is a minor trip hazard.

"Excellent location would stay again and recommend. Good comfy beds and facilities were excellent."
Keys were tricky to open lock box we mentioned and when we were leaving they were putting new lock box out.
What could be improved: If it was raining you would have gotten soaked!

"Lovely apartment great place. You have to be fit to get up the flights of stairs"
Property was great bar the marble glass like shower floor. So slippy.
What could be improved: The kitchen floor has a step you can’t see. Needs a danger sign on its edge A lift that we dare not use

"Spacious Apartment in a Central, Well-Connected Location"
A spacious and comfortable apartment with two very large bedrooms and one smaller room. The shared living area is pleasant and inviting, and the kitchen is well-equipped with basic essentials. Communication with the hosts is excellent—they are responsive and quick to reply. The location is very central, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets along the street, and the public transportation options are very convenient.

"Overall an ok stay, very close to underground but for reasons listed, I wouldn't stay again."
Very close to underground and lots of eating options. Bathrooms were clean, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were large. Host was responsive but only on certain things. He did get our hot water and TV issue fixed.
What could be improved: There was a few things that made me not want to stay again.Only one room had AC and the window needed to remain open to allow for air to circulate through the portable AC unit. It is in a building on a noisy main street where lots of delivery guys on bikes hang out in groups while waiting for their food. It was uncomfortable being watched as we went in and out - or getting the key from the lock box where a group of men were hanging. The apartment was not vacuumed, so the carpets were very dirty. The apt door only has one lock and feels a little insecure. While others have noted the poor condition of the building, it was dirty and could use a floor cleaning at least. Not the "luxury" feel you would expect going into this place . The carbon monoxide detector was missing batteries- all things reported and not responded to from host.
