"Exceptional"
I booked this beautiful apartment as I was visiting London and going to see the Christmas lights in Kew Gardens. I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was so elegant, comfortable spacious and tastefully decorated with beautiful bedding ( I must admit I know what good quality bedding is!) and a luxurious bathroom. There was even a balcony and to top it all off an underground car space. The property was in immaculate condition and the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. The coffee machine was an added bonus with excellent coffee. The host even left us a bottle of lovely wine.  The host herself was so gracious and kind. The location of the apartment was superb, very close to Kew Gardens village and London Underground and the lovely Thames Riverpath was just a minute walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to London or to the Kew, Richmond area. Do not hesitate, you will have a great stay.

"A very pleasant stay in a nice area & very close to amenities. Would be happy to stay there again."
Very functional and well equipped apartment. Underground parking available on-site. Quiet surroundings. Location very accessible & close to Kew Gardens & Kew station.
What could be improved: This is purely personal preference but found the sofa very uncomfortable in the lounge & would have preferred one softer & with a higher back. Would also have liked a rug but maybe this would affect the underfloor heating.

"Exceptional"
I had such a great stay in this beautiful apartment in Kew, London. I would highly recommend it to anybody coming to stay in London or coming to do research in the Kew National Archives. The apartment itself was exceptional, it was so comfortable, especially the bed and the luxury Italian bathroom. It was spotlessly clean, the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. All the linen was ironed as well. The owner has thought of everything. The location is also amazing, in a beautiful part of South West London. There was even a Marks + Spencer shop a minute from the apartment. The owner herself was just superb and gave me all the information I needed to check-in without any hassle. The key pick-up was perfect, so convenient and located just 10 minute walk from the flat in front of Kew Gardens station and opened until 10pm which was brilliant.
What could be improved: Absolutely nothing

The flay is beautiful and in a very nice location, good size, excellent facilities
What could be improved: There was too much communication between the owner and the guest. I know she was trying to be helpful, but it put a pot of stress on me. The keys were in a location that is not very close to the flat (about a mile) I had to pick them up and drop it there. The flat was very nice and the kitchen and bathroom were clean but the living room and bedroom were very dusty.
