Overview
First Impressions
Luxurious London Studios sits on a quiet residential street in Harrow — honestly, it feels more like discovering a hidden gem than checking into a typical hotel. The building has this understated elegance that doesn’t scream for attention, which I actually appreciated after dealing with London’s usual chaos. You know what struck me first? How peaceful Welldon Crescent is, especially considering you’re still technically in Greater London.
The Studios Themselves
Each room here is essentially a well-designed studio apartment, and I mean that in the best way possible. The space feels thoughtfully laid out — not cramped like so many London accommodations. There’s a proper kitchenette with everything you’d actually need (decent-sized fridge, microwave, even a proper kettle), which saved me quite a bit on eating out. The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up feeling like I’d wrestled with it all night, and the bathroom — well, it’s compact but functional.
Location and Getting Around
Harrow might not be central London, but that’s actually part of its charm. The Harrow-on-the-Hill station is about a 10-minute walk, and from there you’re looking at roughly 20 minutes to Baker Street on the Metropolitan line. I found myself appreciating the breathing room — you can actually walk down the street without dodging tourists every five seconds. There’s a decent Tesco nearby for supplies, and honestly, the whole area feels more like real London than the tourist bubble.
Value and Practicalities
For a four-star property, the rates are pretty reasonable — especially when you factor in that kitchenette saving you money on meals. Parking is available, which is actually a big deal if you’re driving (good luck finding affordable parking in central London). The staff seems genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions, though don’t expect round-the-clock concierge service. The Wi-Fi worked fine for video calls, and there’s enough desk space if you need to get some work done.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn’t the kind of place you choose for Instagram photos or bragging rights. It’s the kind of place you book when you want a comfortable base that doesn’t eat your entire travel budget. The studios give you actual living space rather than just somewhere to sleep, and being in Harrow means you get a taste of London life without the constant tourist hustle. I’d definitely stay here again — sometimes the best hotels are the ones that just quietly do everything right without making a fuss about it.

"It was in a good location, all rooms had an en suite shower and it was very quiet at night. The owners were very communi"
The rooms were really spacious and clean. It was furnished modernly and it even had a kitchen!
What could be improved: Think the mattresses could be a bit firmer but that’s probably a personal preference.

"Absolutely fantastic hidden little gem in Harrow. Definitely recommend for anyone attending concerts"
Loved the LED strip lights, made the room feel very modern. Very nice and spacious room with a neutral theming with little pops of colour.
What could be improved: Communal floor areas were quite creaky; as we were attending a concert and came back to the apartment late, it was difficult not to make noise travelling through the communal floor. This is me being a little pedantic as everything else was perfect.

"Decent but not luxury."
Good location. Clean and tidy.
What could be improved: Needs curtains or darker blinds at the front as was very bright by 6am.
Bed is small for 2 people and pillows need to be renewed.

"excellent. lovely place, great host, very convenient."
very nicely laid out. exactly as advertised
What could be improved: the only issue was there was no cutlery or plates. there were two glass mugs and a fork (!) to make a cup of tea. I think that the complete absence of plates and cutlery is an unnecessary omission. just makes breakfast a real problem. sort this please

Received all the necessary details for the staying prior arrival, direction and codes entering the building and room.
The house is close by Harrow central, good location even if planning to get Central London as only 5mins from Harrow on the Hill station.
The studio is cosy and modern made, as well shared kitchen with all needed. The place is giving a home feeling.

"Excellent location! Responsive host."
The location was very convenient to every needful thing! Two malls, many places to eat with a large variety of foods and only about 2 blocks to the Underground and buses.
Jonathan was very responsive to our calls and emails.
The TV had various streaming services so we could sign on with our credentials.
We would definitely stay there again!
What could be improved: Really, it was quite good. We had a private unit so it was a bit confusing at first. The Uber dropped us off at the listed address and it was occupied. We phoned Jonathan and he informed us that we had to go around the corner from the listed address to find the room. For such a busy area, it was really quite quiet much of the time.
