The moment you step inside, it feels like you’ve found someone’s thoughtfully curated family home rather than a typical rental. This four-star property has that lived-in warmth that makes you want to kick off your shoes and actually relax.
The Space That Works
Each room here has its own personality, which I mean in the best possible way — no cookie-cutter hotel vibes. The bedrooms are genuinely spacious (a rarity in London, let’s be honest), and the kitchen is actually functional enough that you could cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip eating out for once. The garden — well, it’s not Kew Gardens, but having any outdoor space in this part of town feels like winning the lottery.

Here’s what I love about this location: you’re close enough to all the tourist spots without being trapped in the chaos. Hampstead Heath is genuinely walkable from here — I did it myself on a Sunday morning, and it’s one of those perfect London strolls where you pass proper local pubs and neighborhood spots. Abbey Road is right there too, though honestly, after seeing tourists queuing for that crosswalk photo, you might appreciate having a quiet retreat to come back to.

The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering — anyone who’s driven in London knows what a gift that is. "Busy ladies weekend. Fabulous"
The communication and ease of access was first class. The location is very convenient for transport links. Close to tube stations and buses. Felt very safe. Very vibrant area with lots of shops cafes and bars. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen had every convenience. Lounge area and dining area very spacious. Private back garden and parking to front. Plenty of towels and toilet rolls. A fan in each room. It was warm but there was full central heating if needed. Very enjoyable stay. Lots of clothes hanging space in the wardrobes and plenty of hangers. Very pleasant owners or management. Nothing too much trouble.
What could be improved: Such a lovely garden area could do with a makeover maybe. The blind in the top bedroom needs sorting out. I kept having to wedge it to keep it open. We had a small issue the first day with hot water but it was resolved immediately after reporting it. Nothing spoiled our enjoyment

Lovely house, spacious, very clean, fully equiped kitchen, easy arrival and departure, excellent service and communication during the entire booking process, quiet street, great location for transport, shopping, etc. We would definately come back.
What could be improved: Some of the storage furniture in bedrooms quite worn, shower head in one of the bathrooms doesn't work right, but no major dislikes

It was clean , modern , spacious , near underground. Near shops and takeaways .
What could be improved: Just need the blind fixing in the top bedroom and chair to the dressing table. The electrics need looking at as something kept tripping it . Think it was the fan on the shower or kettle .

We really loved this place, it was clean and cozy. The underground station is nearby and you are in the center in 20-25 minutes. My recommendation to this apartment 👍🏻
What could be improved: Well the check out is at 10a.m and we had to go to the airport at 2p.m I asked if we were able to leave luggage after our check out and we would take it at 2p.m but unfortunately they said no.

Parking outside brilliant for London.
Living room was nice.
Location was great for food, bars and amenities etc.
Great location for Wembley which is why we stayed there.
What could be improved: Some of the furniture could do with updating.
The bed in the room on the left on the first floor had a broken slat.
Shower in the bath wasn’t brilliant.
No bottle opener in the kitchen.
