The living area has this comfortable, lived-in quality with a sofa that’s genuinely good for sprawling out after walking around Wimbledon all day.

Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re a ten-minute walk from Wimbledon station, but Queens Road itself stays quiet even during rush hour. The high street is close enough that you can grab groceries or find a decent coffee without planning an expedition, but you’re not dealing with the crowds and noise that come with being right in the thick of things. During tennis season, you’ll appreciate being able to walk back to somewhere peaceful after the chaos of the championships.

The shower pressure is solid (trust me, this matters after long London days), and the wifi actually works reliably throughout the flat. There’s decent natural light in both the main room and living area, which makes morning coffee feel less like a survival ritual. Street parking can be a bit of a hunt during busy periods, but the transport links are good enough that you might not need a car anyway. The neighbors seem to be a mix of long-term residents and other short-stay guests, creating that perfect balance where it’s social but not chaotic.

"A comfortable and quiet stay with everything we needed, just a bit far from the city center."
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, and the key pickup was very easy — the keys were in a lockbox in front of the house. Everything was clean, and the bedroom had two very comfortable beds. In the living room, there’s a sofa bed suitable for one or two people. The kitchen was well-equipped, with an oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils. The owner even left plenty of food, such as cereals and instant soups, which was a nice touch.
The temperature inside was just right, and you can easily adjust it yourself. Bus 200 takes you to the metro stations in about 10 minutes.
What could be improved: The only downside is that it takes at least an hour to get to the city center, and around an hour and a half to get back, but we were aware of that when we booked, so it wasn’t a problem for us.

"Excellent host who is very helpful and always available to answer questions and give recommendations"
The property was clean when we came in and the bed mattress was very soft and comfortable. I had a restful sleep when I was there. The host is also very helpful- whenever I needed anything he was always quick to respond and provide recommendations on where to go and what to see. The location is excellent- about a 20 minute walk from Wimbledon station so accessing London is very easy.

"Value for money, recommend it!"
Very convenient location - 18 min walk to Wimbledon station (3 min bus ride; bus stop on the other side of the street); 3 min walk to COOP and various places to eat; plenty of places to eat or shop near Wimbledon station.
The flat itself was just as described and shown on the pics. All the appliances were in working condition. Clean spaces. Comfortable bed and sofa. Great Wi-fi speed.
Excellent communication with the host.
What could be improved: Bear in mind:
- no TV (it wasn't a problem for us, because the Wi-fi was excellent)
- steep and narrow stairs (could be an inconvenience for a +sized person or for carrying a large suitcase)

"Lovely stay while attending Chelsea Flower Show, very close to all the transport links."
Situated in a quiet location, very little street noise. Close to a Co-Op supermarket, restaurants and take-aways. Very near to the train station and the 200 bus stop is right outside the house.

"Exceptional"
The landlord was great, everything was easy, and there were clear instructions about everything. The flat was very clean, spacious, and sunny. It is also big and convenient. All the required items were available. There is also free WIFI and the location is ideal as it is very close to Haydon Road station as well as to central Wimbledon.
What could be improved: No thing

"Pleasant"
What could be improved: The apartment was OK, but inside temperature reached 32 degrees during my stay ... really uncomfortable.
The price was too high for this apartment ... 200+£ per night. I think 120£ would be fair.
